This is the daycare my daughter attended from age 1 to 2 in 2008⁄09. Ms Valencia and the staff at the time were very loving towards all the kids. She got breakfast every morning, snacks, lunch, nap time, she was never starving when I picked her up and she was clean and she was happy.

I’ve had three children at Little People Destined for Greatness and it was a wonderful experience for them. They are now all too old for daycare, but they loved this place and have fond memories of being there. At LPDFG they received hot homemade meals every day, and they learned so much! She offers a full preschool curriculum. She took them to the park and made sure they were exposed to many learning opportunities. Her driver took them to school and picked them up each day. I never worried about their safety or well-being while they were there. She also has a good security system so the kids were safe there. She was always welcoming and professional with the parents. My 13-year-old was an infant then and he was always smiling and happy when I picked him up or when I would stop by unannounced to drop something off. And the place was always spotless because the owner is a clean freak. I stopped by to visit recently because I had referred a friend. I learned that she had had a flood in her home and had lost many of her clients. The few she still has had just finished eating and after they were cleaned up they were all playing together. It was so cute! It’s a happy environment, completely committed to teaching and nurturing little people. To this day i’m so appreciative of the care my children received there.

If there were negative stars to give this place would surely get it. As a mother or parent it is hard to put your child’s care into the hands of a stranger. I’ve never put my first born in day care only preschools. So you can imagine it was even more difficult to have to put my 2nd baby in daycare at only 4 months so I can go back to work. After calling and researching multiple places I’ve come to find that infant care is extremely pricey and this place is $ 100/$ 200 less than the competitors. I believe it was $ 800⁄900 month? But even with the high prices all the other day cares/preschool had a waiting list that would had more than a 3 months wait. So you can imagine how blessed I felt when one of the top places on my list had an opening for my baby. Like any parent I did my research and they HAD great reviews. Their website made the place look amazingly. But websites sure can be deceiving. The teacher/child ratio is completely off. Licensing requires 1 teacher per 4 but they had more children than teachers. Also the children are all combined in one class and not separated by age groups. The reasoning was they have recently reopened after a flood and didn’t want to hire more staff until enrollment picked up. I left my baby at 7am with 9 bottles and when I returned earlier than expectef at 4PM they had only given my baby ONE bottle! Infants are required to be fed every 2 hours. I didn’t realize until I found 8 bottles in the cooler bag when I got home. When I called they told me my baby wasn’t hungry. How is an infant not hungry in a 9 hour period? It was already heart wrenching to put my child in the care of a stranger, and to know she starved my baby was heartbreaking. My baby came back sniffling as if my baby had been crying for a very long time. This traumatizing experience made me put off works for months until I was fortunate to find someone I completely trusted. They don’t care about your child, they’re just a number to them. They have no remorse and are cold hearted to not feed an infant for that long. They don’t follow the states requirements. They don’t have parent daily communication sheet nor do they verbally communicate well with parents. DONOTBRINGYOURCHILDHERE
