The service was non-​existent and the waiters all were basically oogling over female patrons of the place.
The meat quality was pretty bad and you can tell it wasn’t the freshest in the market.

This place is terrible.
Service was mediocre, meat was okay, but the real kicker was when a worker (owner, maybe?) came to collect our check. Not only was she rude, she counted out the money in front of us and demanded we leave a tip. DEMANDED. Uh, okay. We put down two dollars (all we had left after a 60 dollar lunch for 4, yikes!) and she pointed at the check saying we need to leave a 10% tip. How about no. Never ever again will I come here again. If that wasn’t enough to keep me away, the terrible stomach ache I got when we got home was a greater suggestion. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I went last night with a friend of mine and got there around 9:45pm and they don’t close the doors till 11pm. So we were sitting there eating and it gets to 10:30 and we are finishing our second tray of all you can eat meat and we ask for a 3^rd kindly. They say «yes okay but its the last call!» (understandable since they are closing doors in 30 mins) we say «that’s fine». 5 mins later they bring us the check and say «you have to pay now before you finish eating!» we assume they are gonna close soon and thats why they were asking so we pay and leave a pretty decent tip (20%). Conveniently right after that… They come back immediately and tell us «you have to go!» this was around 10:50pm. what nerve of these people after we pay and are still eating that they won’t even let us finish our last tray of «all you can eat» meat while its still 10 mins before closing. Im in shock. I will never come again and i will tell everyone who eats Korean bbq to never go there. I am appalled by how we were treated on a Friday night.

Good food, I like that you can cook the food your self. And that its cheap

I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again. Not only did they have awful food, but the service was abhorrent as well! The beef was thinly sliced, and consisted mostly of fat. There was absolutely no flavor. The squid was extremely chewy. Like the beef, it had no flavor. We practically had to jump up and down to ask for additional food, and each time we received dirty looks from the waitress. Not once was our water refilled. We weren’t checked up on, and had to deal with the awful rude attitudes of the employees there. During our visit, the restaurant was not very busy, but there were a few other tables that were occupied. We were mainly ignored, but it was the eye-​rolling glances of disgust that the staff walked around with that caused us NOT to leave a tip. That was the first time I received such poor service that I refused to leave a tip at a restaurant. That place is a waste of money.

Super cheap… although it says you got to have 2+ people to get the 10 dollar deal there.
When your group of friends topic of conversation is 80% about the service… it says a lot on the service. This was at night so, perhaps they were busy… they seemed nice but can’t deliver or serve well. We had to bug them so much to get what we wanted. I’m sure the other people who went had the same problem.
Only reason it’s not a 1 star is that the food was decent for 10 dollars and they gave frozen yogurt… with baskin robbins spoons?

you used to get more than what you paid for; now, you get what you pay for.
i’ve been here more than 10 times, and since the first till the last time that i went, (last sunday) was almost like two different restaurants.
the 1^st plate of meat that they give you is the best in the house.
FRESH, nice marbled, beef.
each plate after the first, quality drops, till the end, where its ridiculously chewy, excessively fat, and you question, «how long has this been in the freezer?»

always try to wave down the service people instead of using the button.
using button is a chance; waving them down is best.

Cheap as hell… but the service is horrendous. You have to ask repeatedly for water or anything. The meat is pretty good but you do have to change your clothes when you get home, because you will wreak of meat and smoke. Funny side note, I once paid using my credit card and crossed out where you write the tip amount in, the lady asked me where the tip was. I told her I left it on the table which I hadn’t since the service is sh! t. I guess some people think tipping is required even for horrible service. Here’s a tip, upgrade your service and maybe I’ll start tipping when I come here. Even after all this I still like this place more than Mr. Lees on South st. Mr. Lees charges tip if you eat with two or more people automatically. Why don’t they just add the extra charge into the price instead of falsely advertising that’s it $ 10 per person. Who the hell eats by themselves at a restaurant anyway?

This place is a horrible hell hole. For the price of $ 9.95 i rather go to Home Town Buffet, and Ghenghis Khan down the block.
I tried this place because a friend told me this place was the best place he had ever eaten. With high hopes I was ready to eat. All you can eat for $ 9.95 mmm mmm.

we walk in the waiter takes about 5 minutes to seat us. And when they do seat us they dont even do it right, they just point at a spot without saying anything.
And you dont even get up and get your own food. theres this ringer that you have to press and tell the waiter what you want. So i tried the pork, and it was so nasty and plain, it was like some imitation bacon. And this rice paper they give you to eat, please get out of my face with this. I love rice, but rice paper, its all wet, and the texture is slimy. If you gonna serve me rice, serve me some damn RICE.

And you cant even get CHICKEN as a plate for the buffet, you have to pay seperate for it. Really, this place was getting on my nerves. They dont have soy sauce, fish sauce, or duck sauce. They only sauce they have for you to dip in, is hot sauce with those seeds still in it, and this other thing that has the texture of sand and also tasted like dirt.
I thought it was a cruel joke.
After having enough of the pork, i wanted to try the beef.
It was not marinated or anything, but it was the only bareable thing i could eat, even though it had no flavor at all, and when they serve it too you they give you tongs to grab the meat, and some scissors to cut off the fat. they could at least did that for me. So i tried eating it with the fat on, but it gave it that weird rubbery sweet taste, which was horrible. after couting all the fat off with the scissors i can eat it. but man im already pissed off.
so i wanted to try the squid, they gave me this little tiny bowl, with some squid, threw it on the grill, 30 seconds later ordered the beef again because that the only thing that i can stand.
after eating about 5 plates, i wanted just 1 more plate to go.
during that time the waiters came by my table and turned off the grill about 3 times, and we had to tell them we are still eating.
we finally got hold of a waiter and told her hey give me one more plate of beef.
and 15 minutes later, she came with a check.
and a tiny sample of ice cream, it came in those little cups you put ketchup in at mcdonalds, that was the only thing i actually liked.
HOLY HELL.
I wouldnt even send Osama bin laden to this piece of crap of an establishment.
