MasterCuts

I’m fairly new to the area, but I gave MasterCuts a try because I’ve had many good experiences at their Erie location. First, the shop is kept clean and is right near one of the entrances to the Chautauqua Mall. However, when I walked in, I didn’t exactly feel welcomed. One of the two employees who was assisting me didn’t give me much eye contact and I couldn’t hear what she was saying. During the wait, nobody even said «sorry for the wait» or «we’ll be right with you», etc. Any who, I had to wait about 20 minutes to finally start the haircut.
The woman who cut my hair wanted it to be exactly what I wanted, which I appreciated (she requested to see some of my pictures to get an accurate description). The haircut itself was nice, and they gave me a student discount when I asked for it. The main issues were 1) didn’t feel welcome when I came in and 2) the long wait for a 10-​minute haircut.

I just had a cut and wash today by Crystal. I hardly cut my hair, but when I do, I always go to this Mastercuts location. They’re always so friendly and the service I receive is better than what I pay for. My stylist put in effort to cut my long and damaged hair so that it feels brand new again! There wasn’t a wait since it’s Monday afternoon and the hair care tips she gave me were very appreciated.

Regarding men’s hair, on my 1^st visit I received a overpriced decent haircut. On my second visit there was a 20 minute wait. When I returned after 20 minutes I waited another 20 minutes and no one spoke to me so I left. I have better things to do with my time.
