Well, it’s been a few months, and I’m less than thrilled with the work done here. I had my keyboard replaced and have since lost all but one screw from the bottom of my MBP and had two keys pop off; I have owned several MacBooks and NEVER lost a single screw or key. Pretty angry, because I doubt they’d help me now.

Excellent service. Bar none. I needed my Apple iMac repaired on-​site (at home) under Apple warranty. My iMac’s HDD was recalled and was eligible for a new HDD from Apple free of charge. Within a day or less of speaking with Apple customer support I received a call from NetBuilders to set up an appointment. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and accommodating and immediately placed the order for the new HDD. A very knowledgeable gentleman arrived at my home a few days later to install the HDD, which took 20 or so minutes. He was very professional and extremely careful about protecting the iMac while working on it. This made me happy. Once the hardware was installed he guided me through the boot up process step by step. All in all a very good positive experience. I would definitely call upon Netbuilders if I should ever need their services again. I’m not a huge fan of the Apple retail stores.
