Definitely a MEH. It’s chain restaurant Chinese! I only come here when my best friend is in town because she loves this place. Call me a good friend. I typically get the sweet and sour chicken which tastes kinda tangy at this location. I always thought the portions here were small for what you pay. They’re super stingy with the white rice. My friend always gets the honey shrimp, which is okay. The lettuce wraps appetizer is good, but it’s hard to mess up lettuce wraps. Server here was great, however when my friend and I split the bill he ran my card for the full amount, and her card for half. When I brought this to his attention, he acted as though he was already aware of the mistake. He then went and re-printed the receipt so I could sign the one reflecting the correct amount. When I inquired if my card had already been ran for the full amount, he said no, that it wouldn’t deduct anything until he processed the signed receipts. Well, lo and behold there was a «pending» charge on my account for 2 days reflecting the full amount. Luckily it eventually disappeared and the correct charge populated. Aside from the billing snafu the food is not impressive and it’s pretty pricey for the portions provided. Agree with other reviews that this spot definitely supplies a rather heavy dose of sodium… It’s likely the food is sprinkled heavily with MSG for flavor purposes. I much prefer smaller chinese restaurants that don’t use MSG, like Szechaun Chinese Restaurant, but I will save that for another review.

Wow! Good service can make average food better… but when the service is the worst you have ever had, it turns sour really quick. Don’t believe the server was trained and/or cared. I don’t think he was even qualified to be a busser. I have been in the restaurant business my whole life, and if I witnessed the service he gave, he would no longer have a job. Shame on you PF Changs!

I never eat at PF CHangs but decided to stop in here because it was walking distance from hotel. I have had better sorry PF Chang. I had a salad and roll and it was just not very good. The salad dressing was sour and the roll was not flavorful. I have been to other PFC and had great food just not this time.

Had the Chilean sea bass and my friend had the Mongolian beef. The sea bass is WAAAYYY too salty and completely burnt — does the chef not know all that black burnt stiff is carcinogenic? And it’s soaked in soy sauce — unbelievable! I’ve had the same dish at several other P F Chang locations, and that is NOT what it suppose to be.

Love this restaurant, but not happy with this location. Kitchen behind tonight, and waiter apologetic and very good service overall. Thanks Luke! My mother is elderly, so we asked to go out the back door to get access to the parking lot. The staff directed us to the patio door as a shortcut, but both gates were locked. We knocked to get back in and the bartender scolded us for going out that door, but sat behind the bar and watched us go out that door? Talk about rude??? This location would do better and get more business if they were more considerate of the elderly.

I’m waffling between a 3 and 4 stars for this place. I already loved the chain’s food, from the delish chicken lettuce wraps and having *the* best chain-made«wor wonton soup» for when you’ve got«the Plague» [read: cold, flu, or anything involving you feeling like crap and having issues between your nose and lungs area], to the relatively inexpensive noodle dishes like the lo mein, so the questions become: *) were we seated promptly, *) did the staff shine any kind of negative attitude, and *) how quickly was it served? I’ve been here twice over the last 3 weeks; both times with multiple people and once during happy hour, so my ratings are based on that. And my rating says: fairly to very quick service, friendly attitudes, food temps were good, flavor was delicious(those happy hour jicama street tacos are scrumptious!)…so…I’ll toss this location a bone and 4 stars. I can’t blame this on this location, but I do find their menu prices to be fairly high for what you get as far as entrees go – *except* the noodle dish section. I wish every place that had a noodle dish section would have the price be an average $ 4 – 7 lower for an entrée. No kvetching about the happy hour prices or drinks. They frickin serve Avery here, I’m not gonna gripe about that!

Ready for your triple dose of salt? Grab a tall glass of water, as that’s about all this food has going for it. I’d rather a beer, but then I’d die from dehydration. If you squint your eyes, hold your breath, and let the salt dissolve a little, you’ll notice the veggies, meat, and tofu have no significant taste. The salt is there to confuse an exhausted body and mind. I had the Ma Po Tofu(aka broccoli and tofu) and the lettuce wraps(aka tofu and rice crisps with a dusting of onions and a green pepper chunk). I’d love some flavorful carrots, oiled up tofu to feel like pork bellies, snow peas that burst with the standard green flavor. The best thing was the bib lettuce. I went on a Friday night, so maybe they were running out of the ingredients on which Asian cuisine was founded. If I have to return, I might try their water.

Where to start. Hostess had an attitude when she sat us. We sat for 20 mins with no acknowledgment while other people were sat and their orders taken. When we did get our drinks, one of the drinks, a Chinese 88 had a gnat«bug» in it. I know Valentine’s Day is a busy day, but this is ridiculous. Update: They were extremely apologetic for what happened and comped out everyone’s meal, as well as a $ 25 gift card to use later. Good save.

The food was good as I expected. Lunch service was a little crowded on a Wednesday weekday. I got great lettuce wraps and Almond/cashew chicken. The crab cheese wontons are always good.

I have only been to a P. F Changs once before, and didn’t remember that much about it. We ended up coming here the other night when I found an old gift card at home. It turned out to be a great experience! Our server was excellent — our drinks were always refilled before they even got low. The food was great. We had the lettuce wraps for appetizers and they were delicious. The price is a bit high — but worth it. We did the 2 for $ 40 deal which comes with a shared appetizers, a shared dessert and then you each get your own entrée. Its definitely expensive, but overall, the food was good, as well as the service!

The new dish«Lobster fried rice«is a joke. Save your money and by a Lean Cuisine for a buck. This place doesn’t take higher end fare seriously. Exceptionally underwelming. Used to take clients here, but it’s turned into the Sizzler of 2016. Sorry guys. You’re menu has devolved.

Food is good. Service is decent. Way overpriced for what you get. A local spot is just as good if not better and much better priced.

Amazing food and even better service. Definitely a great choice anytime. The changs chicken is one my favorites, along with the Mongolian beef, spicy changs chicken soup, and you can never go wrong with their dim sum. Top it off with their great wall of chocolate. Probably the best chocolate cake any place has to offer

I have successfully avoided PF Changs for years. Oh sure, I ate at one a few years ago, and didn’t like it. Last night was equally as dismal. Formula chain dreck. Had to go for business dinner meeting. Couldn’t talk ‘em out of it. Order cold sake. They brought it to me in … A Wine Glass. Sake in a freaking wine glass. I knew I was in for a long night. Got a headache from the crappy sake. Never get headaches from sake. My wife ordered a Ginger Mojito, which was sickeningly sweet, and totally lacking in flavor. I ordered Coconut Curry Veggies. My wife ordered Kung Pao Shrimp. There was no zip in the shrimp, and little to no curry or coconut in the veggies. The tofu with the veggies was like eating tiny cooked sponges, which squirted disgusting liquid when chewed. Thankfully, nobody wanted dessert. Supposedly an «Asian» restaurant, right? Every server was some Elmer’s Glue-looking suburban white kid. The only Asian face in the place was sitting at our table. Look, our server was over-the-top pleasant, but at least he was making an effort. Frankly, he is the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1. You know what this place really is? It’s Fake Asian Food For Pastie White Folks. Yuckapoo.

I’m a fan of P.F. Changs’s already, so I’m just giving a shout out to the location I visited in Belmar /Lakewood. The staff there is always great. The food is very consistent — so if you like something, you’ll like it when you get it again. The staff in Belmar was great about everything. They did make a slight error on our order, but fixed it quickly and at no charge.

This was my first time eating at this location. I’ve eaten at the downtown Denver location twice and the food has been great. I ordered the same exact dish at this location and it was nothing like the dish I got 2 weeks ago from the downtown location. It should be simple to fix Chang’s Spicy Chicken where it taste fresh and spicy. This was bland and dry. What a waste of $ 20. I will never eat at this location again! I finished every bite of the two order from the other location. This food isn’t even edible covered in chili paste.

This used to a great place. But Changs had made several changes that has taken away a lot of the uniqueness of this chain. They may be minor points to some but we don’t like the changes. 1st, they have gone to cheap wood chopsticks like every other Chinese restaurant around. The server told me he had no idea why they changed but he guessed it was probably because people stole the others! They also did away with mixing a special sauce for you at the table. That was a nice touch that we miss. Finally, there has been a steady increase in prices. Really… 17.00 for lunch on a Saturday! The service has always been hit or miss but our visit this week was more miss. We may go back but it will no longer be a regular place for us. It’s now just another chain restarant with no distinguishing features.

So it’s a chain… So it’s not what many would call authentic Asian food… I say so what! Whatever style you want to call the food the bottom line is it is super tasty. We ALWAYS enjoy Chang’s and are longtime repeat customers. We always know what we are going to get which is super good food and service is a decently fun atmosphere. Honestly we love this place.

Meh — Went to dinner here last night… what can I say… The hostess was kinda rude. maybe she doesn’t like her job– fair enough We are sat and and the waitress was nice but maybe she has too many tables because we sat around for a long time … Our drinks took forever to come out — Our food took forever to come out — Our check took forever to come out– The entrees were good enough and the the place itself is nice … I honestly feel the value of the food and service was not over 70.00 dollars for three people … Other PF Changs are lovely — I wonder if this was just an off night — I hope not … Pretty sure we will just check out the others — too many good places to eat around here — I still like PF — oh well
