I bought a dishwasher about four months ago it had one year warranty when I had it for three months it start leaking, I called Pacific sales to talk to them if I could bring it back and exchange it, they told me that Frigidaire will be the one that will come in and look at it and find out if it’s repairable or need to be exchanged, now it’s been three weeks they give me the runaround telling me we need to get the parts, also the water damage 2 of my cabinet, I don’t have time to keep going with this, what I could tell you is do not buy anything from this people because you will never win … All I wanted to do is make my wife happy now it’s a Battle trying to get this peace of shit fixed … It’s my first time and last time I buy anything from pacific sales, Home Depot war right across the street and if something don’t work right u take it back, not wait for 3 weeks to get it repaired, one star is to mush for this place …

After several trips to the Pacific Sales inside Best Buy, we found a refrigerator that suited our needs and the price was right. All the salespeople were very knowledgeable and helpful. The final sales person who helped us with the order told us that there were none in stock and because of the port strike the refrigerators were due to be received within 1 – 2 weeks. He said he would call us as soon as received to arrange the (free) delivery. At the beginning of the third week my wife called them and the person answering said that they were not in stock and they had no way of knowing when they would be. My wife explained what we had been told and she said that they are told to quote 3 – 4 weeks minimum on out of stock orders and that she did not understand why he would give a time at all as they have no idea what products are on what ship and when it is scheduled. So he obviously did what it took to get us on the hook.
On the positive side, the person who cancelled or order and reversed our credit card charge (oh yes, money up front on an order that would not be filled) was understanding– he was the person who the original salesperson handed the paperwork to and asked him to write the sale up so he could go on to other customers. This «assistant» seemed most familiar with this process for some strange reason… oh, and my wife asked me to mention that when the assistant was looking up our order to confirm, he had one refrigerator coming in but four people waiting. He was going to ask the department manager who would be getting the one unit coming in. I thought that odd.
So because of my wife’s legwork I walked directly across the street to Home Depot, did a bit of negotiating on price, and paid within $ 5.00 of what Pacific Sales charged me (or would have charged me). They had 18 units in stock on a Saturday and we arranged for delivery on the following Friday. Delivery went well and we are happy.
So my advice is to avoid ordering something that is clearly not in stock at Pacific Sales.

I actually had quite the opposite experience with this young lady. I bought a refrigerator from her and I appreciated that she did not try to push the most expensive one on me but actually listened to my needs.
They did not install my refrigerator either, but it was because I did not have a shut off valve to hook to which she explained to me.
The delivery team was in fact quite rude and seemed to be in quite a rush, but that blame cannot be put on the sales person.
I would definitely purchase from this location again. This young lady was very knowledgeable and friendly!

They tell you want you want to hear to make the sale won’t install my fridge like the said they would I try to decline the fridge that I purchase and I was told I was gonna be charged for the delivery
