I have been getting my hair cut here for at least 5 years now. Sam is the cat pajamas! She is always willing to fit me in at the last minutes notice, and the staff is all so polite and willing to help each other out. I have never had a bad hair cut from here, and I love when Sam just does what she wants. Anyone who is interested in a creative, talented stylist, Sam is your woman and The Ritz is the place to go.

I also followed Haley over from another salon, she is the only person I trust with my hair; I trust her so much I give her free rein as an artist to do whatever she’s inspired to do and it always turns out great! Haley is very professional and clearly passionate about her job, she has creative vision backed up by years of experience and continuous education.
The salon is nice and clean, the other stylists are very friendly and it is always a great experience coming here. Highly recommended!

I don’t get my hair cut very often, but when I do I want a good cut. My friend referred me to Sam, who cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted and game some suggestions which was nice, but it wasn’t quite the cut that I was expecting. Turns out to be not so bad because a couple months later I’m still getting compliments on my new hairstyle.
Also, I can’t say enough about the customer service! My husband was unable to watch the kids at the last minute and I had to take them with me (had to wait a week to get in for the appointment and my hair was LONG overdue for a cut). They are well behaved kids and took quiet activities to keep them busy, but I still was worried about them. Everyone made them feel so welcomed, and my 8 year old daughter was so impressed she said we should come here all the time. Thanks for the great haircut and experience!
