I called in for a quote on my BMW, and they told me it was $ 60 more expensive than the quote that I got from the lady at BMW Northwest! HAHA wow.

I have always taken my vehicles to Rolf’s. They have been the most honest shop I have ever used. Their prices are competitive and they complete your repairs fast. Mark and all the staff are extremely freindly. You will definitely save tons of money using them than going to your dealer. They also have a great customer appreciation program.

Great customer service starting from the desk clerk to the mechanic. I have brought my BMW 325i to this place and each time they are very professional and fix whatever the problem. I will recommend this place to every BMW owners.

Mark was excellent in taking care of my needs. He was very friendly including all of the staff I dealt with.
My BMW M3 Convertible came back with no issues. I had an Inspection I performed including a brake fluid flush, valve adjustment, and radiator flush.

Ok, just got back from Afghanistan and my BMX X5 was in storage for 9 months. I started the vehicle and multiple things were wrong or broke. I first took it to North West BMW and was just treated badly then they had the nerve to tell me they can possibly take my car in two weeks from now. Was pretty pissed cause I just got back from a combat deployment and that was my only mode of transportation. I just couldn’t figure out why they were so cold hearted. I then took it to a shop that claimed they worked on BMWs. Dropped it off and got a quote back for 2 grand. They said because of parts and labor. Something was fishy so I looked around and found Rolf’s. I was cautious because they specialized in imports and assumed it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I dropped the X5 off and got a call in 4 hours on what they thought was wrong. They were right with everything and the cost was outstanding. It wasn’t what I expected and was surprised what they charged.
Here are 3 things that will make me come back for their business.
1. They know what there talking about. I can spot bullshit a mile away and these guys were sincere.
2. There fast but do quality work
3. PRICE!
Go to these guys if you have issues with your BMW. Stay away from the NW BMW!

My initial review wasn’t written two years after the visit. I merely updated it. However, the edited review is; Five stars for the speed of the repair. 0 stars for follow up after a call about the failure of the car 20 minutes after pick up.

From the first time I spoke to the Service Rep. to the last time I visited Rolf’s I was always greeted with a smiling face and always received top-​notch service. I exclusively went here for all of my service work that was done to my BMW, from oil changes to tune-​ups. Again, hands down greatest service center in Western WA!
