The Dr. closed business without notifying any patients!
Insurance sent a letter that this office is no longer taking my plan. Called Dr. office, got a recorded message what to do if you want your dental records. No one ever returned my calls.
Just got a series of x-​rays that are now being held who-​knows where with no way to procure them. As of late, the voice mail is full. Still can’t speak to anyone on how to get my records.
Just before Gladys K. Semakula abruptly closed her practice, I went in for my reg. cleaning but she seemed distracted, abrupt, yet never once did anyone mention they were shutting down and the building being being put up «For Rent».
Appalled by complete lack of professionalism.

I want to give Zero stars (but it wont let me) — zero customer service — zero professionalism — I hope they go out of business very soon. They were horrible at their jobs, every single person at that office was rude, inconsiderate, heartless and untrained. I went there more than once, but each time the service consistently worsened which is sad because they didn’t start off on a good note to begin with. I have never wished people to ‘freeze to death’- but they should considering their hearts already have.
People need to be fired from here!
