Skye Crest Apartments

I have lived here 15 years and LOVE EVERY MINUTE… I think the Staff is Wonderful in the main office and the Maintance staff has always been great. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The grounds are well kept, and they have always make us feel like family. Thanks Skye crest for making this a great neighborhood.

I will give this place 3 stars, lovely floor plan, beautiful apartments and nice area by highway, mountains and other amenities. However, we live on second floor and there is absolutely ZERO soundproofing, can hear upstairs neighbors walking on their heels & vacuuming everyday. Paper thin walls, seems like they skimped on the sound proofing. If i would had known this i would not have moved here. :-/

This is a wonderful place to live. The women in the office are extremely helpful, caring and understanding. I moved from out of state and the help and support of management has been incredible. The location is amazing, with awesome mountain views and easy access to transit. The grounds stay clean and the grass stays green! I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

Overall a fairly good place to live. Most of my complaints revolve around the residents that live here. They have horrible parenting skills which leads to them using the apartments as a playground for their children. The demographic here has changed quite a bit in the past few years from older folks to families and younger couples. A bit pricey but I am in an older unit as they are renovating all of the units as people move out. The pool is pretty busy during the summer due to all of the children but is clean and has new lawn chairs.

Property Management is Horrible!!! We have lived in our apartment for 5~yrs, and now breaking our lease because of the horrible management and unbearable noise of neighbors above us! Skye Crest formerly known as Bentley Apartments was managed by 3 property management since. From Carmel to Barron to Fairfield, and so far it gone downhill. Maintenance takes almost a week to get repair done. They don’t inform you with any road construction around the building. They have painted the buildings which is nice, but hallway lights are still dead and called it in every time. The doggy bags are not refilled right away, so expect dog poop everywhere. They don’t seem to care much about the lawn no more. No security patrolling the area at night, they gave us a number for their security service, which I had to call once and it took an hour for the security to show up. Very disappointing! Paper thin walls, since they’ve been updating the apartments with no sound proofing.
The place is beautiful, that’s the only reason it’s getting a star. Public transportation is walking distance, which is great for people that don’t have car’s. I agree with Cathy’s review, office staff is so FAKE! They don’t care, and they don’t seem to want the best for their tenants. They say they do, but they don’t! So lame!

When I moved here it was the Bentley and the company was great. Now with the new company and staffing things have been going downhill. Maintence was better before and the office staff was understanding. Maintence now lacks and the office staff is so fake to you it’s unbelievable.
