Sweets From Heaven

I have been to this store a handful of times usually leaving with a smile. They have an enormous amout of choices for candy. Anything from Swedish fish to sugar free chocolate. They have some delectable fudge too! All the times I have been here it was great and had great customer service, with the exception of one time. I went in the store to puruse the candy sections. I purchased a hand picked mixed bag of candy for my store. To my suprise, the candy tasted disgusting. None of my employees enjoyed this candy at all! The receipt says they would honor an exchange. When I went over there, the lady in the store was incredibly short with me and almost noncompliant to any of my needs. I asked if I could exchange it and she told me no. I showed her how the receipt said I could. She then asked me why and I told her how I wanted to reward my coworkers and none of them liked it. She scoffed at my endeavors to find a solution. Frustrated, I went to ask a different associate to see if I could be helped. He told me that they usually don’t do exchanges (which is really weird because the receipt says different). However, he let me get a different bag of candy to reward the employees. After dealing with someone so rude and such display of apalling customer service, I was happy to of worked with him. Matt was the associate that helped me when no one would, and for that, I will definitely be coming back.
