I looked for someone close to my area that could help me download hundreds of songs off an old iPod. I called Lou, and she was immediately responsive. She met with me right away and did the job in about 20 minutes. She answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid. She was very reasonably priced. She also followed up afterward to make sure everything was working properly. I would totally recommend Lou if you have any technology needs.

Not only do they repair and maintenance PC’s, they sell used electronics and accessories too. Got my laptop’s virus removed AND bought a new (used, but good!) cell phone!
