The Cleaning Authority – Lakewood

The Cleaning Authority Lakewood cleaned my house for several months, every two weeks. There were two different crews used over this period of time. The cleaning was poor to average and was always rushed. They never spent more than 90 minutes in my 3000 square foot house. Wood floors always left with streaks, even after talking with them about it.
The worst part is that they scratched up my new stainless stove top by incorrectly cleaning it. They must have used a paper towel or ground in some debris into the stainless leaving fine scratches. After contacting them many times to fix it, they finally looked into the price of the part. After finding out the cost of the part, the owner wrote me a letter denying responsibility, rather than calling me back. The owner is a dishonest coward who fails to live up to his responsibility as a business owner. If you care about the cleanliness of your home, and want someone to stand behind their service, I recommend staying far away from this company.
