So far, so great with these guys. I work at a small business that has a reception desk which transfers to multiple lines throughout the office. Seldom is there an issue but when there is, Ben is my go-​to guy and he’s always responsive and quick to address it. He has a great sense of humor too!

John Berg, and his brother run their business to help business owners be successful. They do not sell telephones, they sell telephones that work to increase operating efficiencies at our business. We purchased several years ago, and now that we need a upgrade they have all the right answers. Every business person expects their telephone system to «just» work, and when we have problems, Transcom has been there to resolve the problem. John talks with a soft southern voice, but is aggressive when it comes to keeping our business running smoothly. Hats off to a owner run, local, reliable business friend.

We have had a history of telephone problems over the years. We now have a system connected through out office computers from Transcom that is flawless. No drama, they work! When someone calls their name and number show up on the computer screen including their balance and recent visits. We like our phones now!
