No star rating! I am a big business owner In this area and deal with customers every day. When you are a great place/​great service… customers will tell at least 3 people to try your services. The worst place/​worst service the will gossip to 10 or more people no to go there. Out of a 5 star rating we give a minus –5. I checked the place out first. Ran to my bank to get cash and pulled out the money 7:23pm. It takes 3 minutes or less to get back to the location. Loaded my clothes in washers. Move from washers to dryers as soon as they stop. And a employee going her job, said doors lock at exactly 9:00pm. We were forced to unload the dryers for just a few that had less than 3 – 4 minutes left or we were locked in. Minimum cost to Wash $ 2 a load, 25 cents for 5 minute dry. Don’t wast your money or time there! We were trying wasters out just to see how clean our clothes come out to start using there drop of /​pickup service. NO THANK YOU! First and last time for our family and hopefully NEVER YOURS!!!

I just used their coin laundry facility for the second time while I was in training at JBLM. Thought it was a great place. Clean, and community friendly.
