Great customer service from owner. After a communication snafu, the owner personally called me and made it up to me. I felt appreciated as a customer here.

I have been a customer of Underwater Sports for over 20 years. My wife & I were advanced certified and 16 years later, my daughter at the age of 12 came here for her open water class. Mike Adams has been here all that time and has inspired and instructed no one else … and taken care of any problems I have had (one time only) with a piece of gear that I had purchased there. Zak is very cool, and Chris is stellar (my daughter just loves him, to which I am grateful!).
In all the time shopping here, I have purchased 2 warm water set ups and 4 (yes four) high end complete packages, dry suits and all for diving in the Puget Sound plus lots of extra goodies. Buying gear here is more than getting outstanding customer service and top gear at competitive prices, you get a shop that stands with you & behind you and you purchase. No other store & certainly no online will do that. I would know, I have been to a lot of dive shops.
I have also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Terry a couple of times & he is just as focused on doing everything he can to make you as happy as you can be with the company and the equipment they sell. Even to the point of discouraging a sale (a $ 2000 sale I must add) & trying to fix something I had previously there for free. Who does that anymore? These are the reasons I won’t shop anywhere else. I hope anyone reading this has the opportunity to have the same experience I have had.
