She did a great job calling the night before to confirm, cleaning counters, mirrors, and dishes. However the two phone conversations I had with her she was very rude (although she apologized for one later via text.) Her cleaning of showers and floors was very lackluster. We have a dog so there was a fair amount of dog hair but the carpets were not vacuumed. She said she vacuumed the other floors but there was dust and debris behind every door and in most corners. She also only used water to clean the floors which means she pushed dirt all over my floors and left a dull residue. She said it was because they were hardwood. That’s what hardwood floor cleaner is for. I won’t use again.
