Horrible service atm was down so cars were stuck at the drive thru. Every time i come here I regret it.

This place is horrible. Really rude. They get mad when I ask to have my sugar and creamer inside my coffee. Always have a bad attitude.

SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE, there’s a guy who’s really nice but the lady wearing the black uniform (manager) is so rude, so there is this two for one of frappes, so we ordered one & we were hoping to get asked by the cashier if we wanted the free one, but he didn’t so I assumed that it was over and didn’t order a second one because we didn’t have enough money for the two but then the guy after us got a free one so we went back & asked if we could get the extra one but the manager gave us attitude and said that we had to order it too, so I told her that I couldn’t order it because we didn’t have enough, so she made it all angry & placed it on the counter so rudely and yelled across the restaurant, HERE YOU GO, and we were just like … So my sister went to the counter and asked her if it was ours and she COMPLETELY IGNORED HER, so the really nice guy said yes buuuut no one said sorry, now I can’t even enjoy this frappé. I live a few minutes away from here & everytime I come this place never fails to suck and make me feel like never coming back!!!
