3 Hermanos Taqueria

If I were judging only the food, this would be a 5 star rating. Absolutely amazing food, perhaps the best tacos I’ve ever eaten.
There were some elements that were just… Well… Confusing.
First, the music was so loud that we couldn’t have a conversation while we ate.
Second, some of our food was served on a glass plate with a real fork, while other parts of our meal were served in a plastic basket with a plastic spoon. None of our food was what I’d consider ‘finger food’.
Thirdly, our food came out one piece at a time. First our guacamole and chips. Sure that’s logical, like an appetizer. Next, my tostada. Then an order we didn’t place, so it went back to the kitchen. Then, a burrito. Then the breakfast burrito. And finally, the beans and rice that come with the burrito. All over the course of 5 minutes. It was as if the server made an item, then brought it out, then went back to make more.
The guy (maybe the owner?) was really nice and friendly.
My advice: order takeout and really enjoy the food in a better environment.

The food was great. I had enchiladas and tacos. The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean.

The DFW area is overflowing with taquerias. There can be 3 in one block in some parts of town. They are also as diverse as the families sharing their food with us. It’s wonderful to find one that’s local and delicious. We love 3 Hermanos Taqueria in Lancaster. Great housemade chips, salsas in squirt bottles, tasty guacamole and queso. Taco Tuesdays. Generous fillings in flour or corn tortillas. All the usual meats. They also have gorditas, tortas, and platters as well as Agua fresca. So very happy they are in my part of town! 5 stars for their food. Small dining area with a few tables and booths.

Saw five star rating and had to check Hermanos out. It was worth getting off the super slab to enjoy the Burrito Bowl. So much steak cut it into tiny pieces of deliciousness! Hubs had the fajita tacos and he loved them! Very nice owner and cook!

I joined Unilocal just to write this review. OMG ! This place is awesome! I couldn’t decide between Asada Fries or Hamburger Mexicana, I chose the latter. Carls Jr has nothing on this place. The burger included ham, sautéed onions, and guacamole, on top of a well seasoned patty. Lettuce, tomato, pickle, and cilantro added too an already delicious combination. Seasoned fries are included. I also ordered the enchilada plate. Two beef enchiladas covered in a rich red chili sauce, rice, refried beans and a little salad. It looked really good and was enjoyed by the diner. I am soooo ordering Asada Fries on my next visit. Eat here you will not be disappointed.

Amazing, authentic food. Our group ordered a variety of items and all of it was awesome. Hospitable owner made us all feel welcome. Definitely worth the trip!

Good carne asada tacos. The meat is tender, well seasoned and not dry. The salsas compliment the flavor as well. Prices are great as well as the customer service. Could use some chips and salsa while you wait for these delicious entrees.

One of the best things to know about a smaller town is what hole-​in-​the wall treasures it offers when it comes to great food. If you love outstanding Mexican cooking, this is your stop. Way worth exiting either I-​35E (about 3 minutes east) or I-​45 (about 8 minutes west) on Pleasant Run. A Minyard’s anchors the strip center on the south side (at Bluegrove) and this place is VERY worth finding.

Love their food it’s so delicious and addicting. The tortas and tacos are amazing. I recommend you tasting them. Thanks for all the amazing food Joel and Sonia.

Best place to get tacos in Lancaster. Their red sauce is awesome. Service is fast and prices are cheap.

Joel Z the owner here got his start in the neighborhood at the local gas n sip with a little section between the Church’s and Valero, next to the check cashing booth (seriously). He makes all his stuff from scratch. The barbacoa, pastor etc… all scratch made. He has a super tasty verde and rojo salsa (good and zippy). His new location just down the road in the Minyard shopping center is quaint, clean and he is affordable. Super personable and couldn’t happen to much nicer folk. If you’re looking for down home taqueria fare, look no further for miles. It is worth a stop off if you are in the area and it’s only a couple miles down from I-​35.
