America’s Best Value Inn

This place is a no star dump, but you have to pick a #. It is rundown and filthy. There were bugs in the bathrooms and the rooms smelled weird. The bathroom fans were loud. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the screaming kids in the next room… which was a single bed room with a family of 4 staying in it. We put up the Do Not Disturb sign and the maid banged on the door at 9am. The staff was rude and obnoxious.
I needed to rearrange my reservations for an emergency, that occurred in the hotel, and the owner was rude, nasty and argumentative. I advise people to look elsewhere. The savings in money is not worth compromising comfort and hospitality.

This is far out from downtown lancaster, just your basic cheap motel. Facilities are okay, shower and fridge. They do offer free breakfast but its just muffins and cereal nothing special.

It’s an acceptable, no frills motel of the type that was common in the 70’s. The lobby is a small room off to one side of the hotel with little more than a place to stand and a counter. Rooms are accessed from outside via a covered walkway that runs the length of the building, front and back. Two floors, with outdoor, but covered, stairs located in the middle of the building. I did not notice an elevator. Room was clean, with modern lamps, light switches and television. Free wifi. The two full size beds were comfortable, with adequate pillows and blankets. Floor space was smaller than modern Inns or Suits. No closet, but had clothes hanger and shelf mounted to wall. I have stayed in much more expensive places that weren’t much different. It’s a place to sleep. Might be cramped for large groups, or for staying more than one or two nights.

They are liars and thieves. They misrepresented the hotel on the sites showing these beautiful pictures. This place is shady and disgusting and overpriced and to add insult the management was rude and nasty.

the rooms were small, dirty dingy and unpleasant. The owner also charged us an extra $ 20 a night for having 4 people in the rooms. This place is a total ripoff. Stay at the Ramada 5 miles away, 10x nicer and bigger rooms, better staff, cleaner facilities and actually cheaper.
