This review is based solely on my pre-surgical experience with the office staff as I have yet to have my procedure done. Based on what I have encountered so far their office staff at least lacks the professionalism and organization that one would expect from a doctors office. I am hoping my actual medical experience goes far better. First off let me say 3 messages to the billing department over a two week time was left answered. Secondly their phone system is automated only. No matter what ext you choose or number you are encouraged to call you will ALWAYS be prompted to leave a message. As no one mans their phones. Thirdly: They are completely unorganized. They contacted me to «schedule» a phone conference with the doctor. The urgency of this call was stressed by them as an important part of the pre-operative interview… only for the call to not take place. After a dozen phone messages for just about every phone option available concerning this matter someone called me back and said«they forgot» and rescheduled. No apology was ever made. And finally during the said phone conversation my name was incorrect not once but twice(two different names no less), and the actual procedure location was wrong. The only ray of light to this practice was that during this multiple phone call ordeal to try to get it sorted out a member of nurse management by the name of Julie stepped in and contacted the various depts. and put fire under them to get my concerns handled quickly. With this being said and my surgery a week away I’m just hoping they are skilled enough to wake me up!
