We walked in expecting to be there all day. We had put off going there because of it. I have to tell you we were soooo shocked when we walked out. Our associate was Brandon and he was awesome! He actually but us at ease and was unbelievably helpful. If all employees of AT&T were this helpful the company would easily double the amount of customers it has already. We cannot say enough how great this experience was. Thanks to Brandon.

Went to buy my mother a cell phone at the Lancaster W Ave J ATT store in late Jan 2016 and had the worst cell phone purchase experience ever. We purchased the phone and the rep set it up but when we walked out with the phone it immediately stopped working. Went back in and sat for 20+ mins while the manager«updated“the phone in the back. This was the only time that I’ve purchased a cell phone and the store didn’t make sure all of the updates were done before I left the store with the new phone. After the manager tried to convince us that it is normal to have to bring a phone back to get updates right after you walk out of the store I decided that I’d rather shop elsewhere. Paid the restocking fee to return the phone and moved on. Zero customer service. Fyi gave up landlines and went completely cellular nearly 20 years ago so have had the cell phone purchase experience quite a few times.

I came in yesterday with problems with my phone. First, a man named Tobias helped me and he was nice. Then i came back and Rene helped me. He remembered me from last year and I thought that was impressive. He handled my transaction well and efficiently. Everything went smoothly. I just want to Thank him for the good service he did for me. Good job Rene!!!

Last Friday, I visited this store and was helped by Alejandro M. This young man was very helpful, professional, efficient and accommodating. Alejandro made my visit seamless and I was out there in no time. Thank you for this outstanding employee!

New customers, Do not go to the store inside the Antelope Valley mall. Its just an authorized store with only two employee. They just want to sell the products/plan to get the commision, not an official store. They try to hide the other fees, when you realize from the monthly bill, its over 14 days return policy. I didnt listen to other people so I got the big mistake. Go to the official store, not the tiny store locate in the Antelope Valley Mall.

First of all I have been with AT&T for over 15 years and have had very good service most of the time. When I did have a problem when I moved I talked to Megan and she helped me get an M-Cell for my new home which fixed the problem and was very helpful. I recently had a problem that was caused by Apple when I ordered my new iphone 6 and involved my AT&T price plan. I looked on my phone to get the phone number of this store and also read the reviews. I didn’t understand the negative reviews. I had always had good customer service. I had such a bad experience with The Apple Store that I cancelled my iphone 6 order and headed to this store to see if they could help me. While I was in route I called Mark the district manager from the phone number that was left on these reviews. I left a message but wasn’t sure he would call me back. When I got back to this store i went in and within a couple minutes Erik helped me. I told him my story and he figured out what had happened by looking at my past bills. Great customer service again. Then I get a phone call from Mark the district manager who wants to help me. I explained to him what had happened and that Erik had already figured out the problem. He told me to let him check out and see if he could help me further. Within a couple hours he calls me and tells me there is an iPhone 6 waiting for me at this store with my name on it. I go in and purchase the phone from JoJo with no problems what so ever. Mark was so friendly and helpful just like everyone else that I’ve met at this store. I’ve only had good experiences at this store and will stay an AT&T customer because of that and the good cell service I receive from AT&T. I recommend this store to anyone who wants AT&T for there carrier.

I would love to find an AT&T store that didn’t suck. Because this one really does. For the amount of employees they have working there they sure seem to have a lot of customers standing around waiting for help. Whenever I need something they always seem to be out of it. The only thing reliable at the at T store is the kiosk machine. However if you need help with the machine the employees can’t figure it out. This place sucks. This is Steve justice looking for an AT&T store that doesn’t suck signing off.

Wow, this place sucks! Went in today to purchase the Galaxy S5, you would think on release day they might have more than 4 people working. As I sat there, bored out of my mind(this is a big store with NOTHING in it), I watched all of the employees not seeming to realize that a good amount of people are starting to show up and the queue is getting pretty backed up. It was clear that these folks cannot get anything done in a reasonable amount of time, I watched a couple have to wait at least 30 minutes just to buy a case. I took my chances & waited a bit longer, after an hour of waiting on «The list» I finally get called up. I sat down with the guy, who just started his shift, told him what I wanted, then he went to the back to get the phone I assume. I didn’t stick around to see, as the employee disappeared for almost 15 minutes I decided it was time to go. I’ll never go back, guaranteed.

Went into the AT&T store to get another phone. Easy process was in and out. When the bill came it was almost 300.00. I called AT&T service they told me the service person at the store added all this stuff to my account after being on the phone for 30 mins it was resolved. The bill was now 191.00. I told the person on the phone they need to train the service people in the store better I’m tired of dealing with this everytime I have a problem with my phones. Its getting to the point that I am seriously looking to find a phone provider. You get better service on the phone then in the store.

just more update on att customer dis service! I have att 911 and local calls only for 5 bucks a month but the bill comes out to 36 bucks(only reason I have att is because I need the phone line for my DSL). I don’t understand att billing, screw you for everything they can must be their motto. But the funny thing is I have T mobile with 5 lines unlimited data, unlimited calls, unlimited text for 130 a month and one phone line from att cellular works out to be beyond that. Please they don’t deserve your business. Hope you read this before committing to do anything with ATT. As soon as I have cable internet at home I am going to fire ATT for good that is what I commit to doing. ATTSUCKS

Terrible service, and terrible management. Almost as bad as the West Palmdale store(which is the worst AT&T store in the country).
