We found a great deal on a bed here, after months of searching though tons of furniture stores. It’s a queen-size Serta, it’s comfy, and it was under $ 600. That’s incredible!
And come on; Big Lots is not going to be glitz and glamour. And yes, some of the goods are overpriced. That’s why you shop around.

This store is not even worth one star. I’ve complained to corporate and yes they called they even had the store manager call me. It boils down to lip service. The manager asked me to come in and speak to her I was in line at Costco for those of you that know the area. I went right there and surprise she had left. I again emailed corporate, they again got in touch with me and it seems they just don’t give a rats you know what. I would hope that others try and complain through their web sigh but in the mean time I’ll take my money some where else, heck there are thrift stores better kept than this place.

Well first off, I think there are places in 3^rd world countries cleaner than this store. Seriously, I don’t think it is ever cleaned. Some things are just way over priced for being at a «discount store.» Shoes laying all over the floor, dog food spilling in the isles, and I don’t even know what was going on in other isles. Broken pictures and just an overall lack of TLC. Pathetic.
Second, customer service is a total bust. Are there only 2 employees in the store? Where is everyone? Forget it, Im done. If you want the possibly of catching some kind of disease– this is the place to do so.
