We purchased a new home and the sales, installation and delivery folks were all wonderful. Everything was delivered as ordered. Elizabeth (sales) helped us make perfect selections and ensured delivery dates would be met. Could not have a better experience. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I were interested in a new refrigerator — and we had slim pickings due to the smaller size cabinet. We finally found a refrigerator on-​line that pleased us, and it was on sale at the big box store. We ordered it, with delivery projected for sometime 7 – 14 days later. On a whim, I called LH Brubaker to see if they would price match — and they did. I spoke with the salesman multiple times and he was very patient with all of my questions. What was better? While neither of the local big box stores had this particular model/​size in their showroom, LH Brubaker did — so I could check it out in person. I purchased the refrigerator on a Monday, and it was delivered two days later. (We cancelled our first big-​box store purchase.) As requested, I received a call informing me that the delivery was on its way. I was also pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and knowledge of the delivery staff. I had expected a simple pick-​up and drop-​off. However, before they removed our old appliance, they measured my space and quickly surmised that the refrigerator would stick out more due to hinges that we hadn’t accounted for — and that there was a possibility that it would impact our access to the above-​refrigerator cabinet. (I went with it regardless, figuring we would make changes to the cabinet if necessary.) I was very impressed at their thoroughness and their ability to remove our old refrigerator and bring in the new one without touching a wall/​door/​etc. The two-​person team worked really well together and were very sweet with my 4 year old son who tried to «help» with the installation. Lastly, I was pleased that the 5 year extended warranty plan, which cost $ 199.95, would be converted to store credit (for service, parts, appliances…) if it was not used during its course — good for 3 additional years. It was a win-​win situation — and I was so happy that I called the salesman the next day to report that they had a very pleased customer!

Was purchasing three sets of appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and stove. For my two rentals and my own home. I was doing price comparisons with local appliance companies to get the best deal, as this ended up a 20 thousand dollar purchase. I obviously wanted to save the most I could.
The best deal I found was in central penn parent for martins appliances. I took the ad to lh brubaker and was greeted with such hostility. I was only trying to see if they had a better price or maybe a bulk price. I was told I should «be ashamed» by price comparing with ads. Then given a speech on how they are a small business and people like me put small businesses out. Needless to say I went with Martins.

Shopped at the Strasburg Pike Store. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful in every way. We purchased a matching stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. We had problems with the refrigerators ice maker and they replaced it with a new upgraded refrigerator at no cost. Service staff was professional and arrived promptly. Highly recommend this store.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Brubaker. The showroom was nice and the employees were friendly. The salesperson was very knowledgable and was honest about the different dishwashers. They were able to set up an appointment for installation and delivery quickly.
They told me that they would arrive between 9 – 11. Dan was promptly at my house at 9. He was professional and knowledgable. He even wore covers over his shoes when he came inside. He was helpful and showed me the different cycles of the dishwasher. I would definitely buy another appliance from the. In the future.
