Wow! These guys were very quick and efficient! Staff was friendly and very helpful, as well as the owner John who was polite and very professional. Paperwork was quick and easy to understand, they showed up on time and They had my entire 2story house packed and loaded onto the truck in maybe 2hrs at the least, I had already pre-​packed thankfully, but what wasnt packed was quickly and easily prepared for the move. My flat screen tv’s and brand new entertainment center plus other fragile or expensive items arrived in same condition that I last saw them in, no scratches dents or damages, nothing was missing and they assembled everything and the house was put into place as well, i only had to do the simple things, such as unwrap dishes and household accessories! Awesome! This was the quickest most simplest move ive ever had and hopefully i wont have to move again for a very long time but if so i will definitely use them again and have no problem referring them to friends and family, Thanks again guys!

When the company came to my house for an estimate, he promised me that they would specially wrap my four flat screen TVs and a glass TV stand. And they would crate the items. They never crated the items and I did not know this because when they did it, I was gone to do some moving business and to get their lunch. When I got back the TVs were already loaded onto the van. They were also two hours late for the pickup.
When I got the delivery which was four hours late, the owner, who was the one who presented me with their estimate, was sleeping in the van and never got up. The TV’s and TV stand were unloaded along with the rest of the items and none of them were crated. After they unloaded the load, I checked the Sharp 52″ LCD HDMI flat screen TV and found that there was a large crack on the screen. It spread very fast and finally just shut off. It will not power on.
Company will not reimburse me for the TV although they broke it and although there was a breach of contract as they did not perform what they said they would do. They first said that the TV was probably already broken, then they said that I helped them wrap the TV so I should have known that it was not crated. And they offered me $ 100.00 for the TV even though I bought it for $ 2400.00 just a year previous. They said that their liability was on 60 cents per pound of the damaged item. But they did not live up to their end of the contract which became a breach of contract.
They refuse to reimburse me and not negotiate with me. Even when I threatened to file a civil suit, they did not care.
They were very unprofessional and late. I would not recommend them for moving as you will never know what you are going to get. They did not tell me about any other kind of insurance and they told me that the liability that they had was all I could get because the move was made from California to Nevada.

I have moved 4 times with professional movers. These guys were by far the worst. Not worth saving a couple dollars. They were unprofessional, late and rude. If you care about your property, they don’t. The lead guy was the guy that made the estimate and the move. And from observation has no idea how to estimate or move furniture. They took no time to cover walkways or stairs to prevent tracking or damaging carpet and flooring. Slammed things into boxes without regard of breaking things. Furniture was scuffed, refrigerators dented, dryer damaged to name a few. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL EVERYTHING IS UNPACKED. They will try to rush you through the paperwork so they can’t be held liable. Spend a little extra and leave these guys to move rocks, though they would likely break that up to. Just really really bad
