I appreciate a small, independent repair shop over the big guys like Best Buy. C-​Cat is located in part of a gas station. I found them when I pulled in one day for gas. It’s actually quite roomy inside the shop; better accommodations than other places I have seen.
The owner, Carlos, is very personable and friendly. He explained what he would do and what it would cost. I took two machines – a desktop and a laptop – in for repairs. Both machines were repaired faster than Carlos estimated. One was available the next day; the other a day early. Both machines run just fine now and I am perfectly satisfied with his service.

After 30 years in Customers’ Service I can’t take for granted a great service when I get one.
Carlos is a professional, knowledgeable, not expensive and a kind gentleman. After trying a few other services, I found his store about a year ago, and I am going to stick with him for good.
Friends that I have referred to him reported the same, and I recommend him wholeheartedly!
