Talk about a fun, unique breath of fresh air! The A.V. Needed a charming, down home restaurant just like this one. The food is delicious And savory! The flavors blossom in your mouth and remain there after you’ve swallowed. The owners are delightful, charming and friendly! They have a serious love of food and people they truly want you to enjoy your experience! We ordered the gnocchi, the pomme de terre potatoes and they were delicious! The garlic cream sauce is so yummy! We also ordered the zuckerman and the red eye. The red eye is a perfect sandwich! I ordered the onion soup to go. We can’t wait to return and try some Other menu items. The tea shop is darling and I plan on having a tea party soon. I can’t emphasis how well made and special the food is and that the owners and chef are beyond sweethearts! Hope you give it a try.

This place… Oh my! Braden and Cassandra are a truly blessed family. This is by far some of the most delicious food in Los Angeles! I don’t think there are enough !!! on my keyboard to do this place justice. My wife and I have been here twice now, in the last couple of weeks. So far we have enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, the tipsy pig tacos, the chicken and waffles, and the pulled pork pancakes. We just need to get through the rest of the menu. So far, soooo excellent!!! Stop in, git grub. Enjoy some absolutely absolutely delicious food fare!

The over all experience was great. Food: 10⁄10 We got the Chez Christo, Zuckerman Pulled pork, cheese gnocchi, and biscuits and gravy. All of it tasted great. Portion sizes were large. Only complaint about the food is that half of the biscuits were soft and amazing, and the other half were a little hard. Service: 8⁄10 The young man that helped us seemed to be learning the job. He did extremely well for a 7th grade student. He was very kind and polite. He also played a card game with us as we waited for our food. Atmosphere: 9⁄10 It is a very comfortable comfort food restaurant. Small quaint environment. They have board games and card games to play as you wait. Price: 10⁄10 We essentially ordered 4 full meals and chips. It came to a total of $ 30 not including tip. Quality of the food and the large quantity you get a great deal. Highly recommend to everyone.

Love this place! It’s definitely a one-of-a-kind restaurant. The food was amazing and their prices were great! The vibe is comfortable(which matches the food’s category — comfort!). Please please please make the right choice and eat here! You will not regret it.

Great food!!! Had the pull pork sandwich(zuckerman). Yum. Update: I have been eating my way through the menu. Everything I have had is GREAT!!! A favorite is the kale chorizo salad. The Chicken and waffles with the mustard sauces is awesome. Taco Tuesday is always fun. Can’t say enough great things about the food.

Run, don’t walk! Astonishingly creative twists to the menu items. Fun experience. There’s some genius in this place. AND we’re talking farm-to-table with almost everything being homemade. Foodies will find this an interesting experience. We decided to start with the French Onion soup and trust me, this is nothing like anything you’ve had before – the broth is fortified with onion and beef and the deep, rich taste will knock your socks off. Then we decided to try the Gnocchi which was like nothing I’ve ever eaten before – sweet Apple, salty bacon, gooey cheese. Yum. For entrée we chose the Chez Piggy Melt and Tipsy Pig Tacos. Our curiosity with Braden’s creations was enough to keep us planted in our seats to try both desserts on offer. The salted caramel donuts were good(little greasy due to fryer temp), but I fell in love with the IDEA of the«Sacré Bleu» turnover stuffed with blue and cream cheese accompanied by roasted grapes with honey… It’s a savory dessert, so I’m just warning you that you might, like me, want to sprinkle sugar on it. Once I did that it was interesting(sure, go ahead and call me Philistine). Bottom line, this is a very interesting dining experience and it gets«4» stars(although it deserves«5» stars for inventiveness).

I’ve been there twice, and everything I have had the pleasure of tasting so far has been delicious! After having the Red Eye about a week ago, I had been daydreaming of going back and today I had be Chez Cristo, which did not disappoint! It was deep fried to cheesy perfection, accompanied by a delightful raspberry vinaigrette. The restaurant is owned and run by a very nice local family, and the prices are super reasonable for the quality of food being served.

We finally had the opportunity to go to Chez Piggy. It’s right off West Ave J, in a small plaza. It is set up in two rooms. We went into the one where you can see the chef prepare the food. The décor is pleasant and fun and the food was GREAT! Having something made fresh and at super reasonable prices made it a great visit. Obviously, the menu includes pork, but there are some other items that are scrumptious like their home fries, Pomme de Terre. Or if you want something that could be dessert, I recommend the Sacre Bleu, a deep fried pastry stuffed with cream cheese and bleu cheese that is topped with grapes and a raspberry preserve. I’m going to start to drool just remembering! We’ll be back to try more things on the menu. If you’re into supporting local businesses, Chez Piggy is a must!

This place has a great selection of food. The flavors are amazing and the atmosphere is so comforting and relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. My favorite items are the Tipsy Tacos, a Pulled Pork Pancakes, and the new Mac n Cheese. But everything is super good!

Through a family member, I was suggested to look into Chez Piggy to cater my wedding shower for my sister. What an amazing experience I had with them! Not only was their customer service amazing, but so was the food! They had very open communication, worked with my expectations for a decent price, and gave me amazing food options to choose from for a party of 20. We chose the taco bar menu for catering options. The tacos were amazing and everyone at the event were raving about them. They even provided drinks, along with drink dispensers, ice, and sugar for the tea. They went above and beyond my expectations and saved me a lot of stress. I highly recommend them for catering services and even to stop by for a bite. Thank you Chez piggy for making my Sister’s Wedding Celebration so amazing!

Really good small café. It was decorated very cute, and the food and coffee was very good. The only complaint I have is that it is hard to find from the road. It is in a little strip mall close to Division Street.

This food is out of this world. I love going someplace where everything on the menu is delicious and something you can’t find elsewhere. Even their breakfast muffin sandwich puts every breakfast sandwich to shame. And how do they make their bacon better than anywhere else? It’s just so darn good!

Stopped by on a Wednesday for dinner at nearly 7PM but was informed they were closed. They recently implemented their new winter hours which instead of closing at 9PM Tuesday-Thursday, I believe they now close at 2PM. I’m not positive so don’t quote me on that. So my family and I stopped by the following Friday for a late lunch. I had already browsed their menu as it was provided by another Unilocaler. Chez Piggy is still very new so the menu is somewhat in the development stage– from what I could tell, the chef is always brainstorming new ideas which is great. Our party ordered three separate dishes so we could all sample each other’s food. I ordered the Zuckerman’s Famous pulled pork on texas toast. The signature part of this sandwich is the Root Beer BBQ which adds a subtle sweetness to it. I thought it was really good but felt the texas toast could have been toasted a bit more. Among the other dishes ordered were the Tipsy Pig Tacos and the Double Dipper. The tacos contain a VERY generous portion of pork. We all loved them. Though it was a hit for the rest of my table, I personally did not enjoy the Double Dipper. Only because I’m not a fan of horseradish and I thought it was a bit too sweet. Each dish came with a side of homemade potato chips and we were given an extra basket full as well. Due to our previously failed attempt to eat here on Wednesday, the chef brought us a complimentary dessert. I’m not entirely sure if it was the Salted Caramel Donuts listed on the menu or if they were slightly different. In any case, they were incredible! I absolutely despise 99% of desserts but these were so light and full of flavor! I would definitely go out of my way just for those donuts, I highly recommend trying them if you haven’t already.

Although this place is small the Chef is turning out some killer food with tons of flavor, i had one of the best pulled pork sandwich ever at this joint, the Peachy Colonel is awesomely delicious, I have never had peach mustard but it’s amazing, i love these little family owned restaurants, looking forward to trying more of their unique menu, they also have tasty daily specials. And yes those potato chips are home made, for desert I had home made zucchini bread just like grandma used to make! This food is the real deal.

The tacos are phenomenally tasty! Great creative flavors. My wife and I enjoyed the«Tipsy tacos» and the«Red eye»; generous shredded beef and incredible marinade/sauce. They are brand new, so be patient– our food did not take long/they are just still figuring some things out.

Stopped by this location with my family to try something new to fill our hungry stomachs. I ordered the french dip sandwich with extra onions which also came with fresh made potato chips. Fantastic & super filling! Mom ordered the special of the day which was BMTMD(I think that is what it was called) and my boyfriend ordered the root beer bbq sandwich which is both tasty Place is clean, cozy and the staff is great. Finished off with a dessert which was to die for(some sort of crumble cake with peaches and drizzled caramel) yum yum I will return again soon
