Chick-fil-A

One of the cleanest I’ve been to, and the most patient service out of any other I’ve been to, this Chick-​Fil-​A takes the cake!
The cashiers are very well kept and always deliver a smile and are so eager to tell you what exactly is on each sandwich.
The food was served hot and very quickly. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the exceptional service. You can tell that they really adore their jobs.

Do they fry the chicken in LSD? Is that why it’s so good? Well, so much for that trade secret (you’re welcome all you Chick-​fil-​A imitators… I’ll take my check in the mail). For serious though, the concept of fried chicken isn’t a terribly novel idea (neither is the concept of the sandwich for that matter). That being said, some of the greatest joys in life take form in the simplest of packages.
Not much heraldry ought to be wasted on the Chick-​fil-​A chicken sandwich. Chicken breast, fried in a seasoned flour, placed between a potato bread bun, with a couple pickles added for good measure… clearly the finished product equals something far greater than the sum of its parts. And the sandwiches come at bargain prices too; sure, it’s a «fast food» spot, but the product is (relatively) nicely packaged. I suppose that those little extra things do make the ordinary «extraordinary.»
The place is always popping off, whether you drive through or go inside and order. All the counters are manned by fresh, young, and friendly brace-​faced high schoolers (so happy because I’m sure they get a discount on the food made in house). The wait for an order is a tad more deliberate than, say, McDonalds; that being said, those extra minutes are well worth it.
Now, to get there for breakfast (a fried chicken fillet between a bagel or a biscuit?! Oh lordy…)…

I am not usually a fan of fast food, but here I am writing a review for a fast food restaurant. I have always heard good things about Chick-​Fil-​A but never had much of a chance being from the city. Let’s just say that if all fast food places were like this, then fast food would be at the forefront of many more people’s dining choices. One of the nicest and most helpful staff members took our order. Made sure we had everything we needed. Another extremely courteous staff member brought our order to our table.
The Food
We ordered the original chicken sandwich deluxe, a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe, waffle fries, chicken salad cup, chicken soup, super food side, and an ice cream cone for dessert. The chicken sandwiches were awesome. Definitely not the same old chicken sandwich you get at other fast food restaurants. it was one of the best chicken sandwiches i have had the pleasure of enjoying. the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Not just good but great. Tasty and fresh.
The chicken salad cup and the super food side are not something you see at other places, but they were surprisingly good. The chicken salad cup was refreshing and the super food side didn’t taste as healthy as the name suggests, but made you feel good knowing something that good was actually good for you. The waffle fries and the ice cream cone were standard fare. Good buy the fries could have used some Cajun seasoning really bring them up a notch.
Overall
The experience was one that we will always remember. Between the great food, excellent service and mouthwash in the restrooms, this has become one of my top favorite places to dine. It will be on to do list when I travel since Chick-​Fil-​A ‘s aren’t around where I am from.

I typically avoid chains, but when it comes to Chick-​fil-​A I’m always impressed. The staff was friendly, the entire restaurant was spotless and when I asked for more sauce, it was brought over immediately, at no charge! I continue to be impressed with the food as well. It doesn’t remind me of other fast food chains.

We came here for breakfast, the food and service was phenomenal (outstanding). The restaurant was very clean (sparkling clean). The music was very calming. Overall great experience!!! Best chick-​fil-​a I have ever been too! They even had mouth wash in the bathrooms! If you are passing by, you should visit!

Visted on a Friday afternoon at 12:00 pm. Parking lot was full and drive thru at 6 cars deep. Walked inside at there was 8 people on line ahead of me. I could not believe it every register was open. Stood in in about 30 seconds before my order was taken. The gentlman who took my order was polite and patient. This was only my second time in a chix filet. I was given a cone to put on my table. About 2 minutes later my order was brought out to me. What can i say the chicken sandwich was great. Nice chicken filet, fresh lettuce nice cut tomatoe. The unsweetened lemonade was good. The only down side the waffle fries could have been cooked a little longer. They were no crunchy, a little soggy.

First ever Chick-​fil-​A visit. For fastfood it is actually quite good. Nuggets were made from actual white meat chicken. The other places make nuggets out of some sort of chicken paste. The spicy chicken sandwich had real lettuce on it! Not that iceberg bunk. Waffle cut fries are yummy. Servers are extremely nice. It’s still fastfood but it’s leagues better than McD’s and Wendy’s.

Ventured back to Chick fil A last week after a few months break due to a series of disappointing visits. The lines moved quickly and had a much better flow. The orders were correct and the food was delivered promptly. Happy to not have any problems and won’t wait so long to visit again!

After a horrible experience over at dickies the bar b que pit next door we left and ventured over to chick fil a. Always have a great time there but what had us in shock was one of the workers came out with one of the catering trays of chicken and said «someone didn’t come pick this up here’s this for you guys to enjoy»! Let me tell you, coming from a huge customer service background with having worked at Disneyland and now Starbucks, this my friends is how you keep people coming back! Thank you chick fil a for making our night amazing!

Wow, rude, and the slowest I have ever been to. I’ve been to quite a few and this is by far my worst experience. The manager was super creepy with kids and I was just overall not happy… Head over to dickeys bbq right next store, way better food and service. Get your crap together you are making an amazing company look extremely bad.

I love Chick-​fil-​a so the poor review is not for the food, but the service. We came in on a Friday evening, ordered one large ice cream and one frosted lemonade. We waited, while other orders were taken, and the drive thru was prioritized. Staff was confused, lots of people were behind the counter, but it seemed like nothing was happening. After 15 minutes, we asked, were told things were backed up and to please be patient. We watched the young female manager pull people off of task to speak to them. People just kept walking past us. People were climbing over a mop bucket to get to the drive thru. We watched our server leave for the evening and asked again. Then they told us somehow they had dropped out order. The young man got it — an ice cream and a frozen lemonade. We walked out only to discover the ice cream half full. They did not offer to compensate for our time. They did give my husband another ice cream. The troubling thing was, that they were steady, but just not that busy.

The friendliest, cleanest, kind place and that’s only the people. The food is awesome and we eat several times when in the area. I recommend it to everyone who’s in town.

So after working up an appetite bible thumping with the fundamentalists and the literalists up at Sight & Sound where do you go for eats after the show? Why the nearest Chick-​Fil-​A of course, duh.
This location closes at 10pm and that decision in a way is stupid because with their proximity to Sight & Sound they have to be getting pounded weekly on Friday and Saturday nights after the last show as we saw ourselves first hand.
We got there around 9:15 and the parking lot was packed along with the drive thru line going nearly around the building. Inside it was an odd mix of a few Amish, some shoppers from across the street at the outlets and several people I saw from the show at S&S.
The wait to order was long, the food tasted alright but it looked slapped together BK or McD’s style and the usual wonkish-​Stepford cheeriness that you get from CFA staff was NOT present here at all. Now while I could fault the staff I more fault management or the store’s owner because they were not staffed to handle this kind of volume and they could make a lot more money by staying open an hour later until 11.
I know you can’t be open on Sunday per the big Spicy Chicken in the sky but to start turning off the drive thru lights with several cars in line or to start locking doors/​cutting lights when people are still trying to order/​come in is lunacy.
We’re big CFA fans but this location was a huge let down and while I won’t let it taint my view of the company’s food, I also will make sure to steer clear of coming back here in the future especially later at night on a weekend.

I lOVE THIS PLACE. i wish they had them in NYC. i love their chicken sandwiches and nuggets! Their chick fil A sauce is fantastic! the best! their service as great. I really like the fact that they are closed on sundays. people need breaks you know! the food is organic and fresh which makes it even better.

First I want to just say how nice they are. The service was amazing. I have no bad things to say about this place. I will be going there the next time I visit philly

The food here has always been top notch. I have never left dissatisfied with my meal. Sometimes it does take a few minutes to get your food, if you hit them at the wrong time or they are understaffed, but they do their best to get everyone served quickly and while I have never had issues with any of my orders here I have witnessed a few «messed up» orders which they were extremely quick to correct.
This CFA location also has the nicest group of people working for it that I have ever had serve me at any restaurant.
My only wish is that there would actually be a visual difference between a small and a large «Ice Dream» cone. I stopped getting the large ones when I realized they were not being made any larger than the small ones. I much prefer the ice cream here, but when their cones are no bigger than the 50 cent cones at Burger King, what am I wasting my money for?
On the other hand, the ice dream cones here are a perfect ending to a good meal of a 12 count nuggets or chick fil a sandwich (whichever I think will hit the spot when I visit), waffle fries, and a cherry coke (or a root beer, or a lemonade, depending on what I am in the mood for).
Chick-​Fil-​A, at least the Lancaster location, is as good as it gets.

Pure genius, placing one of these across from the outlets. Every parent in the outlets will end up here at some point in the day! Third visit tonight, and the line is always nearly out the door, but amazingly they handle the lines well. Great service staff will deliver food to your table and clean it off afterwards. Great chicken. real chicken, unlike «McPoultry», whatever that is… or was… Good play area for kids, clean establishment.

The service was okay in the drive thru, only issue is that they opened the second drive through lane only after everyone was in one line so since I was second in line, the cars behind me got to cut the line.
Nuggets are the best!
