This place amazed me with just how BAD service could be. I needed some handout and flyers printed for an event we were planning, I called and got their email. Their email address is like some Borg designation, but ok I’ll deal. Sent them an email with links to the files I needed printed. The links were to Google Drive, you know probably the #1 or #2 largest cloud storage system ON THE PLANET.
We got there told them the we sent files. They opened the email clicked the links and a LOGIN screen pops up. At first I thought I had forgot to share the files, the operator looked lost, I glanced over at the screen and saw it was their firewall. I said that’s you guys blocking access. She looked puzzled, eventually the «manager» came over and said «Oh we can’t access the internet.» I was literally stunned. He walked away. I got to say the crew here kind of wondered around preoccupied with their duties like the crew of a Borg cube, basically ignoring customers unless you provoked them. (Not sure what a Borg is Google Star Trek Borg)
I pushed the issue not believing it possible they couldn’t access Google Drive files, and was told I would have to send them to their email as an attachment. Fortunately I was able to do this from my phone. At that point the Borg drone that was waiting on us proceeded to print the files with as little interaction with us as was humanly possible. I don’t think I once heard a single «I’m sorry for the inconvenience» or anything like it.
I’ll be checking around next time for another print shop.

These guys irritate me to no end, unfortunately I have no where else to go to get copies of architectural drawings. Last time I needed copies, I wandered off and the girl forgot about who I was and what I wanted. It was only like 10 minutes! This time, they pretty much ignored me and said nothing when they did finally help me.
On the plus side, the prices are ok. Not great, just ok.
