Now that I’ve moved out, I can write a more complete review. This place sucks. Like everyone else says, don’t move here. Cockroaches, black widows, and flies galore on the inside and domestic violence, squad cars, and sirens on the outside. To top it all off, you have a bitchy management team the worst of which is probably a girl named Rachel who has the worst personality I’ve ever seen from someone in the «service» industry. She never smiles, is always rude, and always has an attitude. Stay away from here, even for the low price (which SOARS a few hundred dollars after the first lease ends) it’s not worth it.

DON’T NOT MOVE IN HERE!
I just moved out I lived there for about a year and half. They are infested with roaches! So gross! Everytime I had a problem that maintenance needed to come fix or do, they took forever to come out… sometimes I even I to call and remind them! The girls seam nice at first but they don’t know what they are doing and when you question them about something they will give you attitude! I’m just so glad I’m out of there! Also make sure you read every fine line because they try to charge you for every little thing they can but what should I expect form this ghetto nasty infested cockroach place! Oh and they tell you that you will only pay about $ 30 no more than $ 40 for the «water» bill but we always had to pay more then $ 50! they will RIP YOU OFF!

I lived here for 2 years. It wasn’t that bad. It was quiet for the most part. There was some issues with the staff and the companies they hire for repairs. Yes they do charge you for water, trash and sewer. It is unfair how they charge because it is not just your unit. It is based on an average of how much your building uses and how many tenants are on the lease. So you basically have to pay more since some people have unlisted tenants in their units. Ask to see the actual unit before you move in and check all plumbing. Had a lot of issues once we moved in.
