This place is horrible… no one knows whose doing what in the pharmacy… and this one pharmacist is so loud I know all about one person’s issue she was talking to over the phone. Don’t come here if you are looking for a pirscription…

We’ve dealt with the pharmacy several times here and had a good experience each and every time. Open 24 hours which is very nice working around our own schedule.

Yuck.
Dumpy old CVS staffed with sour, sad people. It’s a big store and yes, it’s the one 24 hour location in Lancaster so during an emergency, this is where you’ll be. Swimming under the flickering fluorescent lights of yesteryear.
Only go here when you have to. Well, that’s really true of most any CVS, isn’t it?
