We are so lucky to have Tom in Lancaster! Great work at a fair price, Tom is happy to freely share his knowledge on bikes with his customers new and old. Support your local bike shop!

The owner was so helpful and have a good deal on all our purchases. He even fixed my bike for minimum fee of 5 dollars. Definitely the best place to go for any bike related issues without a second thought!

I can’t believe it took me so long to find this place. I used to take my bike to Bike Line Lancaster for service and repairs, and while I can’t complain about the quality of their work, I always knew it was on the expensive side. I found Cycle Circle by accident, looking up a phone number and man am I glad i did! Complete spring tune up on my bike, fixed a broken rear axle and two new tires for about half the cost it would have been at Bike Line. It took less than 2 days to boot! I have found the best bike shop in Lancaster and will be a loyal customer for years to come!

Just bought a used bike, infant seat & helmet for less than the price of a bike at Target. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be coming back here when it’s time to get our son’s first bike!

I’ve bought 2 used bikes from Cycle Circle. They’re knowledgeable, no-hassle, easy going, and great prices. They can fix anything and at a fair price. These guys know bikes.

Tom has provided a quality business to Lancaster for a long time. I have supported his business for years. I have purchased a Trek 400, 1969 Schwinn Varsity, 1989 Panasonic Racing, etc. I am 6′ 5″, so I need a bike with a 27″ or Tall Frame. He always has what I need for under $ 100. He also does many cheap fixes. When I moved away from Lancaster for awhile, I missed Tom’s shop so much.

They have what you need and service is great, often while you wait. Cycle Circle also volunteers /supports the fund-raising Dreamrideprojects series and Tom has history in Lancaster, look at the news articles around the shop. Some current racing oriented bikes are not their bag(eg, BB30 systems). Update: I was truly amazed at the full-refund I received on a component that failed in normal to light use. I just presented my receipt and the part and Tom glanced at it and immediately chose to refund the entire cost. No question as to the more than 60-day elapsed, no re-stocking fee. He ate the cost as his supplier won’t credit the particular type of failure, and the mfg. is an even more distant step away. This is quite commendable, he really stepped up and stood behind what he sells, even if corporate policies won’t. Wow.

This place is great for finding a sweet retro used bike to use to ride around town. He has really nice new bikes too. Tom is the best at bike repair. I have bought two used bikes there and I have been happy with them.

Great little bike shop on the east side of Lancaster City. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A decent(though not large) selection of used and new bikes. Good place to have your bike serviced. On-street parking.

Owner Tom is probably the greatest dude ever. I’ve gotten at least a few bikes here. My main bike, an $ 85 Sears model from the 80’s, which I’ve put about $ 40 into over the years and it still rides like a dream, and my auxilliary bike, a mid-level Miyata road model also from the 80’s… which I got, including used carbon Look pedals, a pretty high-end seat, a new chain, and new bar tape– all for around $ 310. Tom also builds bicycles, which have a pretty hefty price tag compared to the rest of his stuff– but are pretty cheap for custom bikes($ 900 for the frames, components extra). I have rented one model that he is selling for $ 1000 and it is an unbelievable unit. I think I’ll stick to used bikes, though, until I can beat minimum wage. :-) If you are looking for new, pretentious, high-end Italian bike stuff, go to Era Pro on Flory Mill Road, but if you are looking for any number of entirely affordable, high-quality, used bicycles, Cycle Circle is definitely the place for you.

This is not your typical bike shop! First of all, this guy builds his own bikes. Those aren’t so cheap, BUT you can buy used bikes and those are really affordable. I havent been in any other bike shop that has used and affordable bikes. Kids bikes are like 20 $ adult bikes are anywhere from 50 to 1000 $ Second, a co worker needed a repair and they fixed it right there in like 10 minutes, explained what the problem was and answered his questions for guess how much? 12 $ Seriously. No bike shop does that! I got some items that also were way cheaper than other shops. Oh yeah, I’m shopping here again.

This is a top-notch bike shop that both does repairs and sells bikes and a great deal of bike equipment. Their shop recently moved to the N. Plum location, which is still in downtown Lancaster, but is in an area where parking is much easier to find. I trust the people here very much. My whole family of four has all used their services and they have always done an outstanding job. They are very honest and are very fair with their pricing – sometimes I even think they could charge a little more than they do. I have used them for everything from buying things to repairs and general checkups to shipping bikes and they always do an excellent job. They often do things on short notice and have a quicker turnaround than is typical – much less wait. In short, I can’t say anything other than great stuff about this place. It’s simply the best place around to go for anything having to do with bicycles.
