Every time we come to this location they’re out of something. This time there was no large or medium cups. Whomever does the ordering for that place should get fired or go through the training all over again! We’ve been to dunking doughnuts in the west coast, where they’re NOT from and they’re far and few as well and yet they manage to plan ahead and be better equipped and stocked than THISSTORE and DDISFROMTHEEASTCOAST. get your crap together, plenty of DD in the area and you’re looking like an ass loosing business.

One of the very few DD’s in Lancaster and very close to my hotel so I was easily able to get my morning coffee. They occupy the end spot in a near abandoned strip mall with the K-Mart. I’m pretty sure there used to be a Lone Star Steakhouse here but I could be wrong. I was able to get my morning iced coffee here and it tasted great so that was cool. Bonus points for having a drive thru but negative points for the cashier calling me «Boss». I hate that. I’ll definitely hit this place up again as it’s one of the very DD’s in Lanky.

This must be the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I have family in the area and visit 6+ times a year. Without fail this dunkin is either A) slow as hell(coffee orders only) I could walk in pour my own coffee and ring me out faster or B) get the order wrong when somebody finally does show up to the window(black coffee means no cream). Now I go today and the drivethru is down. I will drive to the other side of town from now on what a joke.

Much better than the Columbia Avenue location. If you hope to get what you ordered and you would like the employees attention while you are ordering, go to this location.
