Five Star Tanning

I would give them no stars but Unilocal won’t let me. I bought a week just so I could use the bed that does not burn. well guess what folks it will burn you. I have used beds before that do not burn you and never had a problem my boyfriend and I were so red and itchy. I went in once and the lady working the front desk looked like she lets her daughter use it and she let her husband use it and «clean» my bed (and it’s completely not relaxing to hear a child scream the whole time you’re tanning). I was so disgusted by the lack of effort on cleaning my bed I was lucky enough to have Clorox wipes in my purse. On to the customer service. aka horrible the Unilocal page says open till 9pm the voice mail says they close at 9pm. they close at 8pm sooo when you have only a week and work late and you drive over and its ten minutes to close the guy will tell you sorry I just turned off the beds and I’m not turning them back on. even though they technically are still open and all the times said they close at 9pm, the man’s response was sorry the door says 8pm. how about changing your voice mail and Unilocal page ya jack ass. And their prices are outrageous for the crap service and crap beds.
