Ordered flowers for a special birthday days before.
They never sent them. Took my $ 50 but didn’t send the flowers, nor did they call me to let me know of any issues or otherwise.

We forgot to order flowers for an anniversary dinner on Saturday and were in a rush to find something. I called Flowers by Roger fully expecting they would be closed or would not have time to put something together for us. (I was calling at 3pm and needed something by 5). Kile was amazing and stayed open to create 3 flower arrangements for us. When I arrived to pick them up he was intently working to make sure the flowers were perfect. They were beautiful and still look great 3 days later. I will be using this florist again and again. Thanks!
