Made my first online purchase from Forever 21 on Aug 28th and promptly received my tracking number on the 30th (good start, right?). That’s all the further this transaction has made it 10 days later. Customer service has been awful, offering me no solution and telling me I need to wait another 8 days before they will do anything. I have contacted the USPS and they have no record of the item ever being received and Forever 21 is maintaining that the USPS is the one responsible for the delay. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I paid $ 11 for 2 – 3 priority shipping for an item I will never receive. I will never shop here again.
