I have been in this location about 5 or 6 times. The staff is nice, they seem to always have something I need and they are affordable. I like to stop into thrift stores to just see if there is any cool things that should be owned by me. I seem to not be able to leave this place without something I need.(although to be fair I just moved into a place and have no furnishings of any sort, I don’t see the point of going to Target to get glass ware when there is perfectly fine stuff at thrift stores. This way it also helps people. I am not sure what Good Will does with donations, I thought they helped retards, but I was told that was opportunity village. Salvation Army helps homeless people after they preach the bible and talk about how gays should be killed(oh yes they do) Recently I saw a poster at a Goodwill where it had a picture of a guy with down syndrome, so retarded people are helped by them as well. The poster implied they were assisted by Good will, i think it said like«thanks for helping me» or «thanks for getting me a job» or «why cant I be on Glee?» Also that stuff about the CEO making millions each year is a big lie, Good Will is one of the charities you can trust is helping. They are also helping me get furniture.

I don’t think I have actually ever been inside this Goodwill location, but nearly every season we stop by to drop off donations. Every time we bring a haul, the staff is polite with the small talk but still gets us out of there to finish our errands quickly. They seem to have a pretty good system going on since I have never encountered a line at the drop off area(which by the way is to the left of the store front.) One day I will have to take a stroll through the store.

I love this Goodwill! Out of all the Goodwill stores in the A.V., this store is by far the best, cleanest and has the best customer service. I have yet to meet anyone who’s rude or unhelpful. I spend a ludicrous amount of time shopping around at thrift stores just for fun so I know my stores. This one has alot of higher end brand names, and all their stuff really is in the best shape possible for being preowned, used. They have plenty of almost everything. The exceptions are children’s clothing, and furniture departments. Apparently a shortage in quality useable donations.I.cant say enough of the staff and management at this locations nor could I begin to list all the awesome scores I’ve found here.

I have gone to two different Goodwill shops within the past week and found Great furniture steals, that could be stained or polished for a vintage addition to my house. If you go into the thrift store open minded, you’ll find great items for your home or closet!

EXPENSIVE for what it is. Still a few bargains to be had on special days, but clothing prices can be close to those at ROSS and appliances??? The old location on Ave I was better. Enough said.
