Halls is the only automotive service in the Antelope Valley to service your cars. They are all extremely knowledgeable and professional, Their rates are more than reasonable and the customer service could never be exceeded. The girls in the office are the best. They work very hard to make sure you are comfortable and informed. I was an HR director of thousands of employees and these ladies are the top of the market. Wonderful experience. I would never go anywhere else with any of my family cars.

Hall’s Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle to they are honest and they have reasonable prices they did not even charge me to find the problem with my van and once they found it they told me what options I had and told me what was important and what could wait Halls was recommend to me because they shop we have went to for a long time went out of business and I was a little scared about going to a new place and it being behind a house in the middle of no where but I decided to give it a try and I am very happy I did don’t let the first impressions turn you away because they have a complete shop and they do a great job

Don’t let the location freak you out. This was the only local place I could find that worked on Audi’s and at first I thought I was just pulling into some guys garage attached to his house. Although there is what appears to be a house that fronts the very poorly maintained road, the garages, mechanics and office behind the house are second to none!
These guys are awesome. They are always efficient, friendly and fairly priced. I trust them with any car problem that may arise.

Came here for a smog check a few weeks ago. I called ahead to make sure they could take me and was given an appointment for the same day. My check was quick and they notified me of a loose tail light, which they fixed for me. They also warned me of some other problems, but didn’t try to get me to fix them right then as I’ve seen when taking my car to other mechanics. Essentially they didn’t try to nickel and dime me, which I appreciated.
There was a little confusion about paying though. I was prepared to buy the $ 40 for $ 50 Unilocal deal on my phone but wanted to be sure they would honor it (I’ve never bought a deal, and I’ve read reviews of other companies where these deals were not honored). The receptionist told me that I could only use it if I had printed it out. I was confused, as the coupon said I could show her on my phone but it seemed that even if I bought it on my phone she would not accept it. In the end, she ended up honoring the deal anyway and it was cleared up — she wasn’t aware that I was prepared to buy the deal, she thought I wanted it just by showing her Unilocal on my phone. Just a small misunderstanding, doesn’t affect the great way that they treat their customers. I’ll probably come back if I need any further work done on my car. I haven’t found that mechanic that I absolutely love and trust, but who knows, Hall’s might just be that shop!

Everyone here is really nice and the work is top notch.
Hall’s came recommended by a AV native and car enthusiast. They fixed a couple of minor issues and a steering problem I had at a reasonable price in a short amount of time. They called and sent an email with their estimate too.

Hands down, no argument … Best car repair and maintenance service in The Valley!!! This is one of those rare times when you ought to read the «About» section of the Unilocal listing to see what they say about their services — and then believe it!!!
We tried lots of places before landing here … and have no plans to leave :) Over the years of outstanding service on our cars, we’ve appreciated Hall’s Automotive so much, and the people who work there, that we’ve even become friends with the owner, Randy, and my spouse loves dealing with the personable Grace, Nancy and Terri who work there.
Although a business is in business to make money, that’s not Randy’s #1 objective … rather, his goal is to make his customers so happy that they become long-​term delighted clients. There are closer places, but we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. You should use Hall’s Automotive because I know you’ll experience the same outstanding service we have over the past five years.
