I am devastated at the way your company is being run-we purchased a machine from you, we purchased a three-year warranty– the machine has given us trouble REPEATEDLY. According to YOUR policy, our dishwasher should have been replace by now but you instead decide to find some clause as to why you can’t replace the dishwasher even though your store manager said that’s what needs to happen as well your warranty center. we were owed a replacement or at the very least a free repair and we get neither from you. I cannot believe how selfish your company is. I won’t buy another thing from your company and I will tell every person I know not to buy from you. You make millions of dollars and for a family struggling to make the paycheck last week to week, you won’t even consider honoring your policy. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised though. There is no kindness left in business. It’s all about the bottom line. Would it have killed your profit to do the right thing?!? What horrible ethics you have

This poor review is not because of the local store or employees. This is a rant about the poor customer service and inability to handle a simple and valid issue service claim. The abbreviated version is I tried to schedule a warranty repair for a washing machine that was 2 years old and I purchased the 3 yr service contract. Between being in queue and on hold I finally gave up at 90 minutes — and that included 2 calls to the executive offices. After giving up I spent another hour at my local store where the store manager called and after 1 hour finally got it straightened out. So 2.5 hours to file a simple service call. It took a total of 7 calls, 2 to the executive office and 1 store visit for something that should’ve taken 10 minutes. Instead of being an advocate for the customer and helping them with the vendor that handles repairs, they kept passing the buck. Obviously it is in the service company’s financial interest to pay out as few claims as possible, so they do everything they can to make the process frustrating hoping that you give up. If you buy from HH Gregg don’t pay the extra for the service plans. If you ever have to use one the process will be extremely painful.

Everyone here is so helpful! I went on Thanksgiving night, as well as during the day on Black Friday, and despite the chaos and lack of sleep(for everyone), all of the staff whom I dealt with were extremely pleasant.

Ask for Jim! So much better than Best Buy. They were willing to negotiate and try to stay more competitive which is something I haven’t seen in a «big box retailer» in years.
