This bridal store provides a classy, friendly opportunity to find the dress of your dreams! Caroline was my dress consultant and she was absolutely incredible! She was professional, knowledgeable, genuinely excited for my big day, and I did not feel pressured at all! The store carries a wide variety of gorgeous dresses, and they were very helpful explaining how I could alter them to fit my style (e.g. the different colors they come in, adding sleeves or taking them off, etc). It was such a happy experience shopping at In White and I definitely recommend it to anyone! And hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to get Caroline who I was just very impressed with!

Diverse, beautiful selection of dresses that start a little under $ 1,000. The staff is warm and welcoming, and when I went in with a few sample images and a general idea of what I wanted for my wedding day, they helped me find the perfect dress. Which sounds so cliché, right? But it really was the dress for me. I had gone to a few other stores, including David’s Bridal and Alfred Angelo, but honestly for $ 200 more you can get a dress that just FEELS better — in fit, look, texture — everything. And the store itself is a HUGE step up from those other places — it’s cozy, clean, contemporary.
After our wedding, a few guests who are about to get married in different parts of the country asked me where I got my dress, because they wanted to visit the same boutique, and I told them all the trip back to quaint little PA will be well worth it, because they will undoubtedly find their perfect dress at In White, too.

Imagine my total anxiety when I realized that I, as a bit of a tomboy that hates being the center of attention, needed to go try on poofy lacy white dresses and figure out what I’ll be wearing on my wedding day. A lot of anxiety was had. Until I walked into In White! The shop is well sized and well organized. The dresses are gorgeous and very fashion forward (in my humble opinion). They actually have a Pinterest page where you can virtually shop for dresses before coming into the store. Once in the store, you are treated very well, and the dresses are actually organized by price. Unlike my other dress shopping experiences, I was actually encouraged to take my time and think about things, was never pressured, and was given honest opinions. I was also supported in sticking to my budget. Unlike some shops, they are very helpful for those with out of town relatives/​friends and allow pictures and video (like Skype) — some shops I had called do not allow pictures at all! I cannot say enough good things about my shopping experience here. I also found that their prices were very reasonable, especially considering their selection and size. Highly highly recommend!!!

Excellent customer service! I had a great experience here finding my wedding dress and doing my fittings. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable staff. The seamstress, Maria, is very talented. The quality of the work and service really sets this place apart from the big box stores where you might find cheaper gowns. In the end, the most beautiful dress won’t look good if it doesn’t fit perfectly, and In White made sure mine did. They have a great selection of dresses to fit different budgets. My mother also found her dress here unexpectedly and she was very happy with it. We both looked beautiful in our dresses on the day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I feel fantastic in my dress from In White! I highly recommend Shari, Maly and all of the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful! Maria (seamstress) did a fantastic job on my rush order alterations.
I had an unusual circumstance because I already had a dress from a shop in Elizabethtown. The alterations were terrible and I only got the dress back two weeks before my wedding.
I called In White, explained my situation and they were so accommodating! Shari and Maly worked quickly to provide me with many beautiful dress options. I gave my original dress shop three tries to make it right, but the dress still fit poorly. So, with only 9 days until the wedding, I went back to In White and got a new dress. They were able to squeeze me in right away for a fitting with Maria. They had all alterations completed in a week! I was so impressed and relieved. My only regret is that I didn’t come to In White first!

Went here to try on wedding dresses… I ended up holding dresses up to me in a mirror because they had no selection of sizes… was told my a sales representative that I would be receiving a call in the next few days about a dress I was interested in and never got a call back.

The owner contacted me and was very accommodating with the situation. There was a misunderstanding with the dress and she went above and beyond to work it out with me. Thank you again

Very nice store across from F&M College. We went there recently with my sister who is getting married in September. The store was very spacious and the dress selection was good. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I liked how they also had all their dresses on an iPad for viewing, sometimes dresses look very different on the hanger and flipping through their iPad made it easier.

I love this bridal shop! They carry a great selection of dresses from great designers — Birnbaum & Bullock, Justin Alexander to name a few. The dresses carried here start at around $ 1,000 I think.
The store is clean and has cute décor. I had an earlier appointment at the Lancaster Alfred Angelo store, and I have to say this store is a big step up. I couldn’t believe how grungy Alfred Angelo was. But not this store!
They likely won’t carry the dresses in your size unless you get lucky, but they have ways to make the dresses fit well enough that you can make a selection. I tried on about 7 or 8 dresses and found the one! They ordered the dress for me in August and it came in in November. Since I live in Colorado, I won’t be using them for my alterations, but everything else related to my experience has been lovely. I’m picking up my dress when I’m home for Christmas and can’t wait!

Wonderful! From the moment I got there the girls made me feel at ease. Very kind, very patient, and really listened to what I wanted and helped me make the perfect choice. I won’t bother going anywhere else, found my dream dress here!

Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful. Shari and crew manage to take the stress out of EVERYTHING — at least when it comes to dresses, that is. From the moment I stepped into the store without an appointment in January, to changing our date and still agreeing to store my dress until the wedding, to everyone knowing who I am when I walk in, the entire In White experience has been worth the trip in from Philadelphia every time. Anytime I hear of someone getting engaged and they’re within a 2-​hour drive of Lancaster, I tell them to go to In White — the experience will never be duplicated anywhere else!

Even though I did not end up buying my dress here, this place was outstanding. I had an am appt new years eve and the shop was basically mine.
This was the first place I tried a bridal dress on and I am so glad because the experience was wonderful. I think the girl helping me was Rachel but the owner Shari was there offering help too and it was so fun. They had a belt, a veil, a compliment everything! After visiting several more stores since then I realized what a unique experience In White offers.
If you’re a bride looking for your first dress experience, def go back. I may try to go back for accessories.

In White is the best bridal store in Lancaster. I’ve been to three (which I will not name) before stopping at In White. Hazel, the woman who helped me find my dress was extremely helpful in picking dresses that were figure flattering. She was not pushy like the rest of the bridal stores I went to. She really helped me with deciding the right dress for me.
The owner, Shari, is awesome! It seems like she has every bride’s name memorized! I came into In White without an appointment and she greeted me by my first name! I love it when shop owners do that. She is very accommodating and always extremely helpful.
Maria, the seamstress is wonderful. She really knows her stuff.
Every time I go into In White, they offer us a glass of wine or something to drink. They are very classy and remind me of a NYC boutique.
I felt like other bridal salons just shoot you though like cattle. In White really makes you feel welcome and makes finding the perfect dress an amazing experience.

My wedding planner suggested In White and made an appointment for us to meet with Shari. I had been to three other area shops, and I thought I had a vague idea of what I wanted. When I met with Shari I began to pull out a few dresses I liked in my price range. It turned out I did not know what I wanted at all. Shari helped by pulling out a few dresses that she thought I would like, and she knows what she is talking about. In White has beautiful wedding gowns. Their staff is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful! I found the best dress with Shari’s help. It was beautiful and the perfect style for my body. I had not seen anything like it, and could not have found it without all of Shari’s help! You can tell that the staff of In White loves what they do and are proud of their product and their customer service.
