My first time visiting this place. The employees were friendly and the place seemed clean at first. When I received my drink I enjoyed everything about it until I noticed a clump of pubic hair. Never, ever will I go back!

The coffee is so good and the staff are friendly. The only thing I noticed is the chairs /couch is old looking and look dirty. Makes me not wanna sit. Take out is good.

My favorite coffee shop out here in Lancaster. The staff are so polite and efficient. Also, after 1:00pm the pastries are buy one get one free. The jalapeño bagel is sooooo good. I only wish they stayed open a little bit later, the hours listed on here are not current.

So my moms been coming here for quite some time, so I decided to give it a try I’m so glad I did. The prices aren’t bad and they give you a lot and I love the whole feel of the place its always quite and the lighting is usually dim but not to where you cant read. And they have soy milk! I just wish they had matcha tea lattes but all in all they are great!

Staff is very very nice and helpful although when I got my regular size iced latte I started drinking it and the lid popped off! The lid would not at all stay connected to the cup and was definitely not the right size for the container. Not that big of a deal though annoying to have an open container full of ice and liquid bouncing around in the car. My iced coffee with 2 pumps of Da Vinci sugar-free caramel sweetener was SO tasty — way better than anything I’ve ever gotten from Sbux. The only drawback is the location — I’m not sure if this is typical for the area but I felt somewhat unsafe while in the parking lot including a run-in with a couple of gentleman who would have walked right into me while I was standing next to my car trying to fix my coffee lid if I hadn’t stopped what I was doing and walked around to the back of the car to let them pass me with out incident. No excuse me, no acknowledgement no nothing except for two HARD stares and chest-puffing. I wouldn’t hang around long after grabbing your coffee!

They arent ready to serve at 530, and the drinks are ok but not great. All in all adequate.

Not the best tasting products but definitely some of the best service! The service is what keeps me coming back to them.

I am a customer of 7 years and visit at least twice a week, I’ve never had a complaint until now. Employees are always friendly and very helpful. Store owner screamed at me yelling«sue me» and«I better never see your face again» after confronting him on several charges made on my card that I did not make. I would never go back to a place that made me feel the manager is unsafe and not in his right mind and has no idea how to run a business.

1. I was first struck by how nice the staff is here. I always have the best experience here due to them. 2. Then I sipped by sugar free vanilla latte. It was so tasty and it made me wish I had ordered up. I have a starbucks gold card but if I’m on the east side I always head here for coffee.

I don’t know what took me so long to leave a review for It’s A Grind, considering it’s definitely my favorite coffee shop in town. The Mint Mocha iced blended drink is my absolute favorite and the girls who make/serve the drinks are always very nice and bubbly. The atmosphere is nice as there are a lot of big, comfy chairs to choose from and it’s usually fairly quiet inside. On occasion, there will be questionable characters hanging around outside but that’s to be expected in Lancaster. Yes, the drinks are pricey, especially compared to Starbucks. However, a venti from Starbucks is 20 – 24 oz where a large from It’s A Grind is 32 oz. So it isn’t really fair to compare these prices with those of Starbucks. Also, if you have their rewards card, it’s very quick and easy to gain rewards that allow free drink upgrades or free baked goods, etc. Speaking of baked goods, they have bogo free baked goods after 2PM. If you check out their Facebook page, they often offer daily coupons that range anywhere from 20−50% off certain menu items as well. Just a few tips in case the prices are holding you back! :) My only complaint would be the wifi. While it is free, I almost always have a problem connecting. It’s not my computer because it connects occasionally. I’m assuming it’s due to slow and/or intermittent connection. Makes it difficult to do homework which is usually why I go. Other than that minor problem, I love It’s A Grind!

Went in today with my daughter who is visiting from Seattle. She got the Pistachio Latte and I got a chocolate, peanut butter, and banana drink. YUM! It was good. Love the unique drinks they have on their menu and the place has a very nice, appealing atmosphere. Definitely going back to try out more drinks.

I was SO ready to five star the heck out of this place. We came here on a Friday morning and it was completely quiet. One or two customers that seem to be regulars. The flavors were amazing, so many to choose from! The cashier was really nice and sweet and helpful with our order. The price was a little high but for a quiet place with great ambience, you’re paying for atmosphere. They have tiny tables with comfy chairs that promotes a relaxed conversation. I ordered a coffee and a tea and they came in adequate time. And here’s where the star drops off… I ordered the Funky Monkey which is supposed to taste like chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. Well, my monkey is not funky. It’s sad because it only tastes like ice. The tea was good but it’s tea, it’s pretty hard to screw up. So my $ 5(for a small) drink was not worth it. I’ll probably stick to the rude people at Starbucks for my tea.

My hubby and I enjoy IAG. The girls in there always know our default drinks and all of the little particulars. It’s nice to see the same people when you frequent a business. Everything we have tried has been great and so are the portion sizes. I wish IAG had longer hours though.

I love going to It’s A Grind. My husband and I rather go there than Starbucks. The coffees they come up with are really good! At Starbucks it’s the same thing all the time which gets boring and old. The girls and guys that work there are always really friendly and helpful. The inside of the shop is decorated nicely, the chairs are comfortable, and the atmosphere is nice. I definitely recommend this coffee shop to everyone: D

Maybe because of the proximity to Walmart and its location on the East side but man, the people sitting outside always look homeless — Or they might be hipsters, I’m not positive– middle-aged hipsters. On one occasion, a pair who didn’t order anything came into the shop, stood around, and went outside to chat at the tables. So shady. + Actually, the customers are pretty rad people. Grown men and women work at the cushions; occasionally there are kids who talk too much and ladies in for gossip sessions, but for the most part, there isn’t too much talking going on. + The overhead music is from mixed CDs– It’s also pretty rad, radly eclectic with more jazzy or guitar mixes to calming tunes than the latest pop sensations: Jamie Cullum, Dusty Springfield, Ingrid Michaelson, Rilo Kiley, Melody Gardot, Frou Frou, Tegan and Sara(the slower, calmer stuff like Call it Off), John Mayer, so on. Sometimes they throw in Jack Johnson or artists that are too upbeat but overall good stuff! + Customer service: Excellent! Always smiling, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. They’re good at greeting and saying bye. A++++, fabulous people! + 7 tables inside, 3 outside, and lots and lots and lots of chairs! Enough cushy cushions to go around! + After 1pm, pastries are buy 1 get 1 free! + Weird concoctions to try: hazelnut latte(too much milk), pumpkin caramel pecan(interesting, but more pumpkin than anything), etc. I am a fan of trying new concoctions since most coffee taste the same. + Stampcard — 12th drink is free! — Noise level: akin to an airport, really. You really to have to be engrossed in your work to not to be distracted by the blender. If I don’t feel like driving too far to get coffee I stop by in the plaza(which has Game stop, Panda Express, KFC, Del Taco, Walmart) in between church services, drink good coffee, enjoy good music and get work done. An A for It’s a Grind!
