I purchased flooring from here on 3 seperate occasions each time the service was exceptional.
I dealt with John on the last 2 visits he was congenial and extremely helpful. He even honored a price mix up due to a price tag that had been accidentally placed on the flooring I wanted it wasn’t a bait and switch either as I had to pick up the flooring at the York location I saw the correct price was legitimately more. He didn’t have to do that but he did, and to top it off, we ended up continuing the flooring into another room. So I ordered more of the same over the phone, and he gave me the same price as before!!! Communication was great through the whole process. Thanks Guys

Scott, the store manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable in the various floors. I visited the store several times and each time Scott or another employee would answer any new questions I had. I ordered my flooring today and can’t wait to install it in my house. Thanks for your help.
