I tend to go by others ratings. Next time I will go by others experience that I know. When I picked my vehicle up I noticed some imperfections in the paint. I was told it was dust in between the paint and clear & you will never get it perfect. I then come to find the rear wiper was not working on the rear deck lid that was just replaced. How do you not check to make sure everything is working properly??? The rear deck lid glass has paint over spray. Nothing fine steal wool can’t fix but, I shouldn’t have to do it on a $ 2000 job. Then to top it off, how do you not clean a customer vehicle on the exterior??? Just saying! Not impressed! Will NOT return!

I have been taking both my cars here for a while. At first they were fantastic, and they still are good mechanics, but now repairs seem more expensive. Also every time I bring my car in to get fixed another problem arises. I had a brand new battery put in and a few weeks later it started to corrode. It seems like they treat you great in the beginning but become just like every mechanic eventually.

M&R is a great, local garage with state of the art tech to address any car repair needs. They are always thorough and do a great job at a fair price.

The MR Auto owner initially explained that he was already booked for the day but when we explained that we were from out of town and needed to fix the brakes he went out of his way to fit us in. While he worked on the car for over an hour he only charged us for one hour of labor and gave us an excellent price. He could have easily added on extras but was extremely honest and fair in explaining the problems and fixing the problem. He replaced rotors and pads, did not charge for adjustments or other extras that are often charged for when fixing brakes. The owner showed us around his garage, talked about his mechanics’ experience and explained all the details about the repairs. The service was excellent, professional and on time and this was after he fit us in to his busy schedule.
