— He is fast and good with communication. He was accessible, responsive, and able to answer questions quickly…
— He knows the market amazingly well. When looking in Lancaster city itself, he was ON IT. He knew exactly what houses were worth, what was opening up (and why), and how quickly to move on a property if you’re interested.
— He only shows you things that you say you want. You know how some agents will send you listings that you’d never be interested in? Mick seemed to *get* our taste immediately, and everything he showed us was relevant. We found a house very quickly.
— He can do everything electronically. For us as an «out of state» buyer, this was a LIFESAVER! We could sign documents easily, and get the deal done quickly. No faxing, no mailing or overnight stuff.
— He was brilliant at negotiation, straight forward with advice, and goes to bat for you. We listened to him around what houses were worth, how fast they were going, and bid accordingly. He was also honest around what we could negotiate and what we couldn’t. We listened to him, and everything went incredibly smooth.
From what we’ve seen… the city of Lancaster is really on the brink of a boom. Tech companies are moving in, restaurants are coming in, and real estate is moving fast. If you want someone who can keep up with the pace and get a deal done quickly — Mick is the man.
