If you’re looking for fashionable, durable business shoes, the Nine West Outlet has a great selection. They typically have good seasonal options, too. But don’t let the outlet aspect fool you — the prices here are reasonable, not super cheap. The store looks smallish on the outside, but there is room to display multiple rows of shoes. The styles are on display in various colors, with neatly stacked boxes on the shelves beneath. The more seasonally appropriate items are on display at the entrance, and you’ll find the super sale or clearance items all the way in the back of the store. Everything is kept neat and orderly — I’ve never had a hard time finding what I’m looking for. There are several benches between the rows where you can sit and try on shoes, and lots of mirrors so you can check them out from every angle. The disposable try-on socks are kind of hidden in cubbys beneath the benches. Took me way longer than it should’ve to find them. The customer service can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes you’re greeted, sometimes not. Sometimes they’ll ask if you need help, sometimes you’re left on your own. As long as you’re not dependent on staff help, you should be OK here.
