I always spend more time in line at this location then I do shopping. They never open more registers to accommodate the outrageous line.

If only it were possible to give negative stars. I shopped at Old Navy last night and it was a horrible shopping experience. The carts and rack at the Fitting Room were overflowing. I waited in line more than 30 minutes to make a purchase because there were only 2 registers open and more than 18 people in line. This store has a complete lack of customer service.

Store very neat and clean. Had to dig through jeans and various piles to find sizes, but that’s to be expected in that busy of a store. Floor employees were very helpful in finding merchandise. Dressing room employee wasn’t thrilled with me(handicapped) needing in room assistance from my wife, but quickly made the exception and set me up in a large enough room to accommodate us. Checkout line was very long, 3 employees at the register. They spent some unnecessary time being that busy talking between each other, and didn’t call for more help with a very very long line. Overall, pleased. Price, cleanliness, inventory, and durability work out well for me.

Cheap clothes, overpriced to start with then heavily discounted in a bright, artificial atmosphere reminiscent of a carnival, an evil carnival. Yes, there are some deals to had amongst the piles of good from Indonesia, Vietnam and China and yes, every purchase here just drags the causes of ultra low paid workers everywhere. Sure, that’s political but it doesn’t mean it’s not true nor does said observation being political make the cheaply made clothing here better. My only point, the store is nothing special, the clothes are cheap imported crap and the prices are, unless it’s super duper sale, out of line. Shop elsewhere.

I’m always disappointed. I find things that I like but there always out of my size and just to get them to ship a pair of shorts from their York store to there store they wanted to charge me an extra 5 dollars. Utterly ridiculous. And the person that helped me at the counter was so mean. Don’t waste your money here.

Huge store with a great selection! I haven’t set foot inside an Old Navy since I graduated college, but on a recent business trip, I was in serious need of some flip-flops, so I came here and walked out the door with 3 giant bag full of stuff. 1st, there’s no sales tax on apparel in PA, so that’s an automatic 10% discount in my books! Then, alot of items were on clearance: a really cute knitted hat for $ 3, long sleeve shirts for $ 4-$ 6, military jackets $ 15, tights $ 4 and flip-flops $ 3/pair. SCORE! Now I have enough pairs of flip-flops to last me a life-time! :)

I haven’t been in at Old Navy in so long. But I stopped in to get some flip flops as my old flops were DONE. I was impressed with Old Navy’s selection of flip flops, a whole wall is dedicated to different colored flip flops. And at 2 for $ 5, you can’t beat that price. I was also impressed with their selection of Tshirts and tanks and bathing suits.. . super fast check out, great. Great place to get your basics. Their new«vintage» style tshirts are worth checking out. I liked how they had adviL in the check out lines. .. sometimes shopping requires a bit of pain killers ; -)

I’m torn on old navy. Sometimes the place can nail exactly what I want, but other times it seems to be stuck a few years off. I mean, boot cut jeans? Really? This location is always clean, lots of parking and well staffed. It’s my go-to place for dressing my boys. So even if I can’t score on clothes, they can.
