One Step Above

This place really is one step above. Phil was great from the start listening to me blab on about what I had recently purchased in WY (I’m an over the road truck driver) and not happy with and what I had, had before. He tried to trouble shoot my subvod mega TC. He really did a great job with it but I really was not happy with it and afraid that if I didn’t get something I would know I would be happy with I would buy miserable down the road. Again I am an OTR truck driver and vaping keeps me sane! He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and got me set up. Then it was on to juice, again I have a great juice I love more than anything but I have to order it from Oregon and have not been home in over a month. He did GREAT finding me a dessert juice that I like almost as much as my other. I am one happy driver heading down the road. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

I love this Vape Shop and it is my favorite shop in Lancaster County! When I first started out in the game, I thought that FLAVR was the tits until I went to OSA. While Flavr’s setup may be better with how you can taste everything in house you want on your own without the assistance of the staff, One Step Above is just as they are named. Their selection of juices they sell are INSANE! They almost have too many varieties and brands to chose from. The staff I have dealt with there were always more than helpful to my questions and needs. I’ve even called them on the phone with questions and issues and they were always eager to help. Bryan & Alex have been awesome every time I have been here. While I might not buy the bigger stuff there such as the mods as you can get better deals online, I will proudly go here for juices, coils, tanks and other supplies and not get ripped off like you do at the other places in the area. The juices they sell here are excellent in quality including the local «Cloud City Vapes» line. OSA always has a coupon in the Lancaster Newspaper each month for a free 5ML bottle or their house juice so look for it and check these guys out and taste some juices! I will never go back to FLAVR again and you might not either.

I’ve been in a few more times, sadly, with the same results each time.
I checked out some of the vast juice they sell. It’s almost too much. No one really knows a lot of about it. So getting a recommendation seemed to be tough. I tried one thing, it was ok in the store. I get it home and it tastes like dirt. Money wasted.
I was in yesterday looking for a new atomizer (RDA/​RBA) for my Hanna box. As usual, one dude is wandering around fogging up the place and not offering much help. Another guy is soldering components for something. He’s nice enough to help and shows me a bunch of choice but, here’s the hard and where One Step Above totally falls down, what I need is information. I need advice from people with direct experience on the products they’re selling. Once I buy it, it’s too late so I count on the staff to know more than I do. So I went one of the many choices he laid and yeah, it was a bad choice. As it always seems to end with One Step Above, money wasted.
Here’s the thing, if I knew what I wanted or needed, I wouldn’t need a brick and mortar store with humans in it. I could just buy from the net. And, I like learning. One Step Above is not a good source of information. My last two (or three) purchases from them have been wasted money and wasted time and I hate that.
I think you should go elsewhere unless you know exactly what you want and if you know exactly what you want, buy it online. You’ll save money and your time.
