I recently tried using this company from a referral of a friend. I was pleasently pleased with everything. From the customer service, to the carpet clean job. They where extremely knowledgable and the cost was much lower then companies I have used in the past. I send my recomendations for sure. Thanks for the great job.

We have been using Paris for years on our home and our rentals. The technicians are always super nice and promt. Their cost versus other companies is more affordable and they do a great job. We have had carpet that should have been changed turned into almost new looking after they got done! They have saved me a lot in rental expenses over the years.

Very unprofessional. Disappointed, serviceman showed over an hour early, claimed had no time to do some additional work, maybe 15 minutes worth, when i told him how can you tell me you dont have time if you are over an hour early, He stated he does not need to explain his schedule to me, unfortunately now after taking time off work to meet with him I’m going to have to find other source, thanks for wasting my time!
