I have been wearing glasses for 35 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. From the exam to the clerk staring at her computer instead of helping me pick frames to being handed the glasses a week later without anyone fitting or checking them and being told to come back if there is a problem. Having to come back 4 times to replace the screws that keep coming out and the final insult is after asking for new frames as these glasses were 10 months old. I was told they have no warranty unless you pay an extra 35 bucks. So if you walk out of the store and the glasses fall apart immediately. .tough luck !

Just got off my first appointment ever with them and dont think i would be coming back. So lucky that they accept my insurance or else its not really worth it. Staff r friendly but not really helpful. Doctor is nice but doesnt really listen to my complain and when i am not doing well on the eye examination, i feel like shes judging me as if im failing a final at school idk what i feel about that. Wont be going back to get my glasses/contacts and will be trying to find a better place

Only good part about this location are they hours, which are not office hours just front hours. Doctor seems knowledgeable but online scheduling is worthless. Highly recommend a smaller local optometrist your experience will be much better and the staff might actually be personable because no one here is.
