So, anyone who knows me knows I’m a pizza snob, so, ordinarily, a low rating from me at Pizza Hut wouldn’t come as a surprise. However, I’m about to balance the scales. This review is strictly comparing this Pizza Hut and its pizza to other Pizza Huts I’ve visited. The staff was nice enough, even when they couldn’t seem to get it right, so I don’t feel bad about having to at least give one star… Other than that, though… They need some real help. First of all, I’ve just returned from visiting this location 3 times since 10:00. It’s now almost midnight, and, although I will have my money back in 3 – 5 business days, I don’t actually have any pizza. I ordered online and didn’t notice that the Spinach Bacon Alfredo pizza defaults to a «Salted Pretzel Crust». I’ve heard of some odd, weird, or unusual combinations in my lifetime, but this sounds bad, and tastes worse. The pizza was also terribly undercooked. I called back and asked them to remake it with a regular hand-tossed crust, and of course, cook it all the way. I headed back to the store, pizza in hand. When I arrived they said it just came out but they put it back in because it was underdone. At this point, I let him know that I explicitly didn’t want it well done, just cooked properly. Five minutes later they brought out the pizza for me to take a look at before topping it with fresh spinach. Looked borderline on the well done side, so I didn’t want it cooked any more, so he put the toppings on. In the meantime, I asked him which crust the picture on the counter was, pointing to a cheesy, chewy, relatively thick edge… He said it was the hand tossed. So I said, «You know that looks nothing at all like the one you just gave me, right?» He excused it with something about cheddar on the crust or some such nonsense, and I went on my way. Got home, and my well done top side was accompanied by a «great white» belly. Undercooked again! Did the pilot light on the oven go out? I tried some anyway — dried out, cracker-ish, just all-around gross. So at this point, I was done trying. I really wanted to like this pizza but it’s just not going to happen. Called back and asked for my money back, and she said it was fresh dough, that’s why. Well, if the dough’s not ready, you don’t serve it, right? I know this, coming from the pizza business… Anyway, she says to bring it in. I thanked her and said I’d be right down, and got hung up on. In the meantime, Cindy got off work and thought pizza sounded good, so, in between my trips back and forth, she stopped by the same location on the way home from work, and tried to order a pizza. And she stood there for over 5 minutes while actual employees walked by but didn’t help her. Eventually she left and went to Del Taco, where I passed her on my way back with the second incorrect pizza. There’s a lot to address here. The intent of this review is to help. I’d really like to see these issues addressed and be able to give a 5-star review.

Stay as far away from this Pizza Hut as you can. Horrible service managers that don’t care about customers or the quality of their service or food. If you could give zero stars I would.

We usually order from this place and always get the same thing. Tonight they didn’t give us any sauce which already comes with the particular order. When I called politely to ask about it I was brushed off and given attitude. Thanks dude!

Pizza was extremely hard & burnt. When we asked them to remake it, they made a rude & sarcastic comment. Customer service was horrible.

Well, I have too say that I am one of many #1 Pizza Hut Fan’s. I grew up grubbing on their yummmy food and even carried the tradition down to my family. Sit in the living and enjoy some delicious pizza, watch a movie and call it a night. Unfortunately, last night’s fam bam dinner was ruined. Why? Well… My 16 year old picked up a slice of pizza and noticed a strange black item on her slice. Sooo, she takes the piece off the slice thinking it may be a vegetable that accidentally landed on it… Ummmmm a closer look and feel revealed what it was… A piece of Glass. Glass… Wow…well the only logical thing to do is be grateful my daughter did not consume it… and definetly let the manager know what we just experienced. Sooo, this is what makes me feel like this incident was not a big deal. We call and explain the situation too a lady who claimed to be the manager… I say claimed because there was not one ounce of Customer Service Skills or Empathy about the situation. «Jennifer» even asked us «You tell me how that glass got there??» That was the lowest of the low. I spend my hard earned money too get disrespected at their restaurant and you think I put that there. No I’m an honest woman who will speak the truth too ALL. Sooo be cautious with who you trust too cook your food

DISGUSTING food, DISGUSTING service! We placed an order over the phone, got there exactly 20 mins later, waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes, and finally someone came. Our food was NOT ready, and of course no apologies, no free food! NEVERAGAIN! I think it’s ridiculous that you are paying for their food, yet they can’t even greet you, or even just apologize for keeping you waiting forever and also for not having your food ready when it was supposed to be ready! Also, the same night I felt sick, and so did my bf! NEVERAGAIN!

I went there weds. evening craving a a canadian bacon, pineapple and jalapeño pizza. They have ham and bacon bits. Really? So I tried to order a calzone… they quit making them! I threw my hands up and told the employee I’m going to Barone’s Pizza and walked out.

Pizza Hut USED to have decent service and good food, but after last night, I will never eat here again. We had a party of nine people, including three small children, so we called ahead to ask what specials they had so we would know beforehand what we were going to order. The girl who answered the phone was exceedingly rude when I asked her to tell me the specials, and then she RACED through them so quickly I couldn’t tell what language she was speaking. When I asked her to please slow down and repeat the specials, she sighed loudly and then raced through the specials again. We thought perhaps they were really busy and that’s why she was rushed, so we went ahead and drove to the restaurant. First bad sign: A huge SUV parked on the red curb right in front of the entrance with a guy standing right outside it smoking a cigarette. Second bad sign: Broken-down vending machines and a crane machine with only a few filthy-looking toys inside. I suggested leaving this place and going to Costco for our pizza instead, but since my parents were treating my family to dinner, it was ultimately their decision and they wanted to stay. We ordered two large hand-tossed pizzas, a large order of mozzarella sticks, parmesan garlic boneless wings, and medium heat buffalo boneless wings. The pizza crust was soggy, the sauce was tasteless, and the cheese wasn’t fully melted, let alone nicely browned like it should be. The boneless wings had a funky texture to them, as if they had been thawed and re-frozen a few times before being cooked. The mozzarella sticks were just okay, and the marinara sauce they gave us to dip them in was ice cold! To top it off, the only sugar-free drink they offered(other than nasty TAP water) was Diet Pepsi… and their Diet Pepsi in the soda fountain was out of order. They required us to purchase a bottled drink instead, which was significantly more expensive than the fountain drink would have been. Seriously… how difficult is it for an establishment to have plain old iced tea!!! Overall, this visit wasn’t really even worth one star, but Unilocal won’t let me leave a no-star review.

Had dinner here tonight… Pizza crust didn’t seemed cooked all the way, and on top of that I was charged $ 4 more than what the online carry out price originally told me. It wasn’t the worst, and service was decent, although not great. Employees seemed bored. Maybe they were just having a bad Friday night? Idk…

Where do I begin? Lets start off with the good. We got a thin crust pizza and boneless wings. The pizza and wings were good. Nice flavor on them both, the crust was thin and crispy and the wings had a nice amount of sauce which was very spicy but taste good. Now the bad, when the girl brought out the wings she basically threw them on the table without a word and ran off. No plates, no «blue cheese» sauce, nothing. We had to go ask for the sauce, which by the way was on the ticket and didn’t get plates till they brought out the pizza. Yes they were somewhat busy but not that bad. While we were there the phone at the register kept ringing and ringing with no one answering it, so if you wanted to call in an order to bad, sorry we don’t feel like answering the phone. As for the«blue cheese» sauce, I don’t know in what world this is blue cheese but its not in mine. It came in 1.5 oz plastic pre packaged container and there was not one piece of blue cheese to be found. It was more like ranch dressing without the spices. And no taste at all. I think mayo has more flavor then this stuff. If they want to call themselves a wing stop they need to get some actual blue cheese for dipping. So over all the food was good, but everything else sucked. Won’t be back! BTW they got the 2 starts because of the food. Had the food not been good it would have been 1.

Ordered a large pizza, ate two pieces, looked down and found a hair in the pizza, as if the hair was baked with the pizza. Absolutely disgusting, and I didn’t hear a sorry once. The manager said«oh sh*t» and asked if we wanted him to make us another pizza. No refund offered or anything.

It’s Pizza Hut, I know. My expectations are never high when I walk into a location. This is my first time here at this location and it will be my last. The parking lot is extremely big for the size of this Pizza Hut! You can dine in or carryout. We decided to dine in so we ordered our food at the front of the counter. The lady that took our order seemed pretty nice. We paid, got our drinks and sat down while we waited for our food. This place opens at 10:00am and we got there around 11:00am with only one other person in the restaurant. The floors looked like they haven’t been swept in a month and the tables were not wiped down at all. Whatever you do, do not place your hand under the table. Trust me. Flies galore in this place! We ordered meaty marinara with cheese sticks and two small drinks. We received paper cups and plastic silverware for dine in. Never had that before so that was another bad sign for me. Food was Pizza Hut quality but after dining here, I am scared to see how it was prepared/cooked. I read the other reviews after we got done eating and I wish we would have read them sooner. The«now accepting ebt» should have been a sign but we ignored it. Lol We will not be ordering or dining here ever again due to the lack of cleanliness.

Let me start by saying their service was fine, their food was ok but the clientele was beyond ghetto! If you order take out or delivery you’ll probably be ok. If you make the mistake of dining in be prepared to have a noisy and unpleasant meal. When a restaurant starts to accept EBT, I guess diner’s beware!

They sprayed some weird aerosol can on the food, and my husband swears he will never order pizza here again. I am sad because I love stuffed crust, but hopefully someone else will do it. We had garlic parm wings. Awful. There is so much grease just dripping out, it makes me sick. I would just recommend going to Albertson’s and getting some delicious honey wings… never greasy. …Grease does not = fresh. Nope.
